I am currently hunting for a PG around the campus. I have a very limited budget of 12k (can try stretching it up to 14k). I tried searching on Google Maps and MagicBricks, and I haven't seen a lot of options listed there, and some on MagicBricks felt shady too. Does anyone have any leads or contacts for decent PGs? Else, should I look into shared flats/rooms? Any information on this is appreciated as well!

I have received an admission offer from TISS Mumbai, which I'm eager to accept. Availing a loan for fees should not be a complicated task. However, since TISS Mumbai has limited hostel accommodations on campus (and has certain criteria which I do not meet), I would not be able to get a hostel accommodation; there is an option of a nearby PG that I will have to take. It's not something in my control, and I would not be going for luxury housing to skyrocket my overall cost of living. Is it possible for me to get this covered in the loan as well? Considering it's my only option here, do you think there is a workaround for this situation? Also, any alternatives that could potentially help me out?
Long story short, I got selected into the development studies program here at TISS Mumbai. The fee is not much of a concern since my parents have agreed to pay that. But I am REALLY stressed about the cost of living in a city like Mumbai, and also slightly worried about the ROI on investment overall in terms of job placements and career opportunities. My other options are an ma degree from a govt college, which would be much cheaper, but from what I know, really not a place to be if you're looking solely for jobs. Can someone help me out!
I'm on the last few drops of this body mist. Mourning it since bbw has stopped selling luminous and whatever resells are available are too expensive. But boy oh boy, if you could hand me a lifetime of supply of luminous and asked me to never ever buy another perfume, I'd gladly agree.
I got this from the offline store back in 2024. Back then, it smelled sugary sweet, cloying, and just too much to be worn in a weather like delhi. But I casually used it because of the money!!! It was june 2025 when I started wearing it again and it had gotten just so much better. Very creamy and well rounded for a gourmand scent, not cloying anymore, soft and fluffy and the amber in the scent really shone. But by the time I had the realisation that I want to make this a permanent in my collection, I had got to know that it was discontinued by bbw (just like all their great scents). I know this is a la vie en belle dupe, but I'm too poor to get that one aswell. I wish they bring this backkk
I am not even exaggerating. It was my dream program and dream college --- I had been married to the idea of studying the program since I first heard about it. Currently, a couple of years out of the academic system, I haven't been able to make a meaningful career out of my professional life. I yearned for new skills in this specific direction of the program (Which is also one of its kind). Everything went well (or so I thought it did), my application and interviews went well, and I was so sure that I would be getting in. Unfortunately, I also made the mistake of being lax about a couple of other master's programs, so I narrowed my options --- only because I was overconfident I would be getting accepted. I do have other options lined up, but this rejection feels so much bigger than just a "rejection". It's like everything has fallen apart for me, and I don't know if the other option I chose will be just as good or better.
I checked the site and it showed me that the portal had opened on the 21st, the hyperlink to the application portals on the page wasn't working, I logged in to HCU's samarth gov portal after searching for it separately but it's only taking in applications for the mba program.
Can some kind soul help me understand what's the status of things 😭
The date shared on the official document was 12th May. I'm on the site and I see no updates as such, and the pg portal is not taking me anywhere. Can someone confirm please!!!

I am deeply confused at this moment. I scored 272/300, which I think is a good score on its own, but since the paper was easy, I believe many would have scored around that or even higher. I am confused about how to chart my prospective colleges. I am eyeing MA Sociology from UoH, and other top unis or tier 2 unis. Can someone please help me out with their wisdom
