Atleast they must have a system where a candidate who got selected in their company is able to get an update over his offer, his expected doj .
What's this system generated mail bhej business requirement wala bs hogya.
Aur 2027 ki hiring shuru krdiii ,2026 walo ko to onboard kro phele.

Okay , I got placed at an Indian MNC with a package less than 4 lpa (systems engineer role) through on campus placement, since then my college placement cell didn't allow me to sit in 95% of the company's recruitment drive as I already have an offer.
It's been 3 months i graduated and they are releasing OL's in batches .
By the end of the year I will receive my joining until then instead of sitting idle I wanted to work somewhere tech based to avoid resume gap , been applying a lot but no revert back or positive sign , so i ended up attending a Walk in drive for role of Implementation engineer at IT consulting and services company.
There were having pan india and abroad option (pan india -16k + accomodation and abroad around 30k with all the allowance and accomodation)
They were putting a condition that only join when you're comfortable in onboarding abroad (kenya , South Africa)for ERP implementation, tech support, troubleshooting, customization and configuration .
Also a trip to abroad may last upto 6 to 8 months
I rejected the offer .
Did I miss something?.
Bas karo bhayyy ek 6-lane flyover hi hai kitna reel banaoge .
Ek to koi project complete hoga uske inaugration me hi itne paise fook dete hain.
Govt must realise they ain't doing any favour .
It's just an act of service as they are chosen by the people and for the people.
Although I am a hardworking person but life feels stuck and miserable.
Is there anyone who received documents verification mail asking consolidated UG marksheet? And their status was decision pending . And later they received ol?
My case : received doc verification mail .
I Sent docs -> they kept on asking marksheet from digilocker.
Almost everyone from my college (KIET) received ol.
Except me and people who received this mail.
I also sent the attested marksheet verified from college.
What's the solution?
Is this gonna resolve? Shall I expect my ol in next batch?
Or we gonna kept on hold for longer?
Anyone?
In my college in past two days many of the students got ol except the ones who got doc verification mail including me .
I received the doc verification mail in may they asked of grad marksheet consolidated but my 8th semester's result was not declared also they were asking marksheet from digilocker which is unavailable there so my tpo said : send them scanned copy of your result attested from registrar office. I did so.
Yesterday and day before yesterday many of the students of my college (KIET , gzb) received ol . But me and some other students with same issue didn't.
My status shows decision pending.
What shall I do? Please guide.
