I'm already a huge fan of ENHYPEN's rock songs, so I obviously like Ride or Die by Evan (I'm a bit iffy on the lyrics and instrumental, but it's still a vibe). I watched a video of a woman talking about how KATSEYE has no true branding, which is true (I’d argue their brand is trend-hopping and ragebait, but I digress). In the video, the woman (who I believe is a Manon stan? I when no clue) claimed that Manon was the only member who brought “natural” star power and interest to the group. She said that now that Manon was gone, the group wasn’t as funny, meme-able or interesting as when Manon was present.

But I was left wondering a few things: what truly is star power, and how does Manon have “natural star power” while the other girls don’t? What trait did Manon have that gave her this star-power that the other girls had to “work” to achieve? And is Manon as interesting as the woman believes, or do people just overly hype her up as the “interesting” one? Personally, I can’t quite say she was because the other members have had their fair share of “iconic” or “funny” moments within the fandom, and they continue to be hyped up even through the rage-inducing, genre-hopping era that is WILD (and what was Beautiful Chaos). But I also can’t deny that her presence stirred up intrigue (and controversy) for KATSEYE, so she is one of the factors to their fame.

But, I’d like to know what other people think.

I asked this before, but now I’m looking for songs with a more Dance-Pop/Pop sound. I’m thinking songs like Nice Guy, One and Only (heavy on this sound), and Hollywood Action.

And these are more pop-rock songs, but I’ll take songs similar to But I Like You, But Sometimes, and So Let’s Go See the Stars. Thanks!! <3

I wonder, now that Lexie is gone, what the future of the group is.

Will they replace her? is there a chance Ayana could still be in the group (probably not, I’m just brainstorming)? will they actually debut at 3? I’m so curious! also Lexie leaving isn’t surprising to me. I wouldn’t even be shocked if she didn’t want the World Scout survival show in the first place, considering how she acted in Dream Academy when she left. I’m not sure how to feel about Lexie because of the mean girl allegations, but I hope she does good with whatever she does in the future.

I can tell with the mature concept, Saint Satine is like HYBE’s version of Girlset. Except at least Girlset are all adults, and they’re involved in the creation of their sound, even if they don’t directly write or produce. Saint Satine might do the same, but if people are looking for an mature and R&B sound, they’re going to direct towards Girlset now that there’s a 16 year old in Saint Satine. And while Commas was a weak debut from Girlset, they came back swinging with Little Miss and Tweak. I don’t think Saint Satine’s sound is as strong, considering their 2 songs give off completely different vibes so far (in my opinion). I hope I’m not the only one who believes this.

Okay, so I have a fictional AU for CORTIS where they're a coed group. I love creating fictional groups, and l've always had this thought that CORTIS would be a FIRE coed group, so that's what I'm trying to come up with. (And I might write a few fanfics with this group once I determine the members)

For now, I have Gawon (MEOVV), Ella (MEOVV), and Haeun (UNCHILD) as additions to the group.

I need at least 1 other member, so does anybody have any 5th-gen girl idols that could work with CORTIS' concept? Also, should my group have 8 or 9 members?

If there are 8, there will be 3 girls, and if there are 9, there will be 4 girls.

Also also, for my fanfics, should I use the chosen idols as face claims and make my own characters or should I use the actual idols?
