Travel Dyson points haul.
Between points, 20% off, and a gift card cashed out through a work benefit I got a travel Dyson for 32 cents.

I'm very new to selling on Mercari and I just shipped my 4th order on Monday. I took it to the post office (it was USPS Ground advantage), had them scan the in app QR code, print the label and the postal worker applied it to the box and scanned it received. I got a print out receipt too. It was delivered to the buyer's address on Thursday and they messaged me later saying it wasn't in their mailbox but that would wait another day to see if it shows up. They didn't message me back at all yesterday and today I get emails from Mecari saying the buyer is claiming a delivery issue and also requested a return.
My question is: how can ask for a return if they don't have the package or is that just standard with Mercari when someone wants a refund? What has been other's experience with this? I have read the horror stories of buyers getting refunded and sellers being left without money and item. Mercari also says there is nothing I need to do at this time but I have the drop off receipt and pictures of the box which I think could be helpful in their investigation. Should I start my own claim with support or wait to see what they do?
I was cleaning out my closest recently (getting ready to replace flooring) and found this buried in the back under some boxes. Who remembers getting these with gift cards? Pretty sure my mom gave this to me for Christmas.
So last night I switched over to Umbrella since Fen is down. I'm not used to using it yet but I noticed a feature missing that I liked in Fen. When I pull up current seasons of shows that aren't finished being released, Fen would show the unreleased episodes in red and a release date. I'm seeing that Umbrella doesn't do that, at least not by default. Does anyone know if there is a setting to turn that feature on or does Umbrella just not do that? Thanks.
