RecRoom.exe file modified 2016

I had this dream about a RecRoom.exe file from 2016 on windows that allowed you to play rec room offline in a default game (the map had mountainous terrain) and with a default avatar (a female avatar that couldn't be changed. Idk why this was the case though). Sadly, in real life this wouldn't be possible as for almost anything, it would require servers.
