Can I study in the US for maybe masterals and then convert my Visa?

My F4 visa was declined due to aged out reasons. My parents and siblings are in the US already. I am still unmarried but already in my early 30s. Was wondering if there is potential if I study there in the US, and then convert my visa into something else and apply for Permanent Residency maybe? Is there someone who can give advice here or knows about this? I feel helpless. Thank you.

Recommendations for a good Immigration Lawyer concerning US Visa Application for F4 visa please, particularly aged out concerns.

We’re looking for recommendations for a U.S. immigration lawyer with experience handling F4 family-based cases, CSPA (Child Status Protection Act) issues, and possible aged-out determinations in the Philippines.

Our daughter was recently found ineligible under CSPA at her immigrant visa interview, but based on our own calculations using the priority date, visa availability date, and petition approval information available to us, we believe there may be a discrepancy in the CSPA calculation.

We’re currently seeking clarification from the U.S. Embassy and would like to consult with an attorney experienced in:
• CSPA age calculations
• F4 derivative beneficiaries
• Consular processing and immigrant visa cases
• Requests for reconsideration or review of visa determinations

If you’ve worked with a lawyer who successfully handled a similar situation or helped resolve a CSPA issue, we’d greatly appreciate your recommendations and experiences.

Thank you.

Anyone here who switched from Tirze to Reta even with Hypertension?

Wondering if what are your actual experiences with switching to Reta from Tirze even with hypertension? How is it? Did it make you palpitate or no naman? My weight has been stagnant with Tirze na kasi so was wondering baka if I switch to Reta magka-movement rin...

Should I file an Incident Report towards a coworker who talks behind my back but acts nicely in front of me?

Apparently have learned a lot of stories relayed to me by different colleagues that this particular coworker has been talking about me.

He usually talks about my professional competence and spreads false claims that he checked out my job experience and even told someone that another person deserves my position. The person he told this about told me because they know his claims are untrue and I know myself and my competence.

Another is how he spreads rumors that I am diabetic when in fact I am not. Multiple people mentioned this to me that was how I learned about it.

And sometimes out of the office, he talks/mocks my physical feature to other coworkers who also told me like "kasya kaya siya dito" referring to a space of me to pass by. He also habitually talks behind others backs as well. He created chaos within our office din dahil sa mga kwento niya kung kani kanino tapos any kwento ay iklwento niya pa ulit sa kanila. Grabe talaga.

It has mentally drained me ever since I learned he is different kapag hindi pala kaharap. I just want to put this on record din sana.

F4 visa type. From the Philippines.

Hi, question, ako po nakakuha ng consular interview on June X, while yung mga kapatid ko naman naka-schedule ng June XX. Mag-kakaiba ang aming schedule dahil iba ang profile ko sakanila tapos pahirapan mag-log in sa portal so hindi talaga kami successful makakuha ng same day schedules ang bilis maubos pati. We booked what was available nalang talaga. May similar case po ba sa amin na sumama nalang mga kapatid/family member kahit na magkakaiba ang schedule tapos as a family parin interview? Pumapayag ba sila on the spot or same day? Thank you.
