These frozen chocolate bites have zero added sugar
Hello guys, greetings to all
I mixed the yogurt with a little sugar-free maple syrup and vanilla, folded in the blueberries, and froze everything until firm. Then came the best part… dipping each piece into melted sugar-free dark chocolate. The chocolate hardened in seconds, creating that perfect crisp shell around the creamy, frozen center.
Now they’re always in my freezer for those moments when I’m craving something sweet without all the added sugar.
Here’s how I make them:
🫐 Ingredients
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 7 oz (200g) sugar-free dark chocolate
• 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
• Flaky sea salt (optional)
Directions
Mix the yogurt, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla.
Fold in the blueberries.
Freeze in a lined container or silicone mold for 3–4 hours.
Cut into squares (or pop out of the molds).
Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate with coconut oil.
Dip each frozen bite in the chocolate and place on parchment paper.
Drizzle with extra chocolate, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and freeze for another 10 minutes.
These come out creamy, chocolatey, and so satisfying. They’re the kind of dessert that feels indulgent but is made with simple ingredients.
