Hold up, that actually is an amazing draw.

After the match, there’s a video of Jordan Ayew telling Thomas Partey, “we had no choice.” I guess we know why he said that now. We get to play in the USA against Colombia and if we remain defensively diligent like we did against England, we could meet Argentina in the quarter final.

Update on Thomas Partey Case!

Summary:

  1. Thomas has not been granted a visa for the game against Panama.
  2. Thomas Partey was rejected based on a clerical error regarding his case in UK.
  3. The administration failed to indicate that there was a pending criminal case on his visa application thus leading to his rejection.
  4. There is NO verdict yet.

My opinion: whoever filled out his paperwork, needs to be fired immediately. Also, this could’ve been communicated better by the GFA instead of letting rumors spread to cover their asses.
