So, using the Gordon formula to calculate the Intrisic Value (IV) of Vinci (DG), I came across a share price that is half what my assumptions — as a long-term investor — calculate.
This is for a long-term horizon (10+ years).

I'm able to move to another career as I'm finishing a bachelor degree on Applied Languages.
What guidance would you suggest for someone who wants more freedom and money?
Is it just me, or does it feel like the humanitarian sector, which should be more open to getting workers due to the obvious reasons, always gatekeeps opportunities for entry workers, who want to work in-loco and help people.
I think this gatekeeping attitude is one of the reasons the world is not a better place today.

É uma banda de hard rock do Alentejo que acaba de lançar o primeiro single do seu novo álbum. A música chama-se Dear Jade, é em inglês, e fala de uma separação.
Acho que ficou bem para uma banda independente que já conta com um EP, mas é a vossa opinião que interessa.
