Handmaid's tale but alien version
So it's an alien romance where they breed humans and then take their babies away at birth. I remember some group play but ultimately it's a MF romance.
The alien MMC breeds her and then takes it away because he thinks humans hurt their young (or something) but they obviously don't. The FMC is very depressed at the end. I can't remember anything else.
