moved to dubai and my hair fall is scary now
has anyone else moved to UAE and suddenly started losing way more hair?
my hair was never perfect but after coming here it feels like everything got worse. scalp gets oily, ends feel dry, shower drain is scary, and my hairline looks thinner some days.
i’m trying not to panic-buy everything. right now doing a basic routine: gentle shampoo, conditioner only on ends, Be Bodywise hair growth serum on scalp at night, no tight wet bun, and thinking of getting a blu shower filter because people keep blaming Dubai water.
idk if it’s water, AC, heat, stress, low vitamin D, ferritin, or just my lifestyle becoming worse here.
