Why is everything about CAL is going down?

From returns from equity fund (compared to other major ones like FC) and research quality to customer support to their own share price to even Google reviews?

Did something happen inside the company like management change or smart people leaving? Is it anymore worth it?

Edit: Title grammar gotta change XD

Is it a normal thing to fall hard for/ be very attracted to random attractive people you see on the street for seconds?

I'm level 1 autistic. I get attracted very intensely to random attractive people I saw for a very short time. Not sexual thoughts/arousal exactly (although I'm heterosexual) more like romantic, attachment feelings (weird i know). I don't know how to explain it. Like, I think for days about random attractive people I saw on street for like couple of seconds or a minute lol, and if saw them a couple of times I would think about them for weeks and sometimes months. I can recall many of those random attractive people I saw.

From what I've heard from other people, they just think they are cute and don't intensely fall for every random person they find physically attractive in a short time span.

I have never been in a relationship btw. Is this a sign of that chronic singleness and loneliness, a normal human experience or an autism specific thing? How do you stop this cause I don't like feeling this way. It never leads to anything and I feel sad ultimately.

Awareness! Sri Lankan Suicide Prevention services are of bad quality and operators don't seem to be well trained.

Hi I'm posting this for awareness. So I've been struggling with suicidal thoughts and many mental illnesses for majority of my life and last night I had a major episode and came close to doing it and contacted National Institute of Mental Health and 1375 whatsapp lines.

1375 line did not answer despite them saying they are a non profit operating 24/7. They answered in the morning though but it wouldn't have mattered.

And national line operator did not support me well in my opinion. They asked me so many questions and I got frustrated as well. I ended up not doing it due to fear like past attempts, but not due to their support.

Sayin stuff like 'if you get treatment correctly you will get well soon' without knowing full story might even make patient even more depressed. I've been taking meds for years and haven't improved. Also i don't think knowing whether I take meds from private or public sector matter at such a moment.

This is just my 2 cents. Maybe I'm wrong and there's not much an operator can do at such a moment but I think it could be better than this. Medical people here can give your opinion on this. I hope this will help somebody in future.

Moderators kindly don't delete this although it's a sensitive/controversial post.

Edit:- THIS POST IS NOT INTENDED TO DISSUADE ANYONE FROM USING THESE SERVICES. There are great operators that can serve people well and save lives. I just wanted to share my experience and opinion.

What are the worst banks in Sri Lanka to work for?

I'm talking about culture mostly. I've heard that it's very stressful in banks but I've heard mostly from front office people like bankig trainees. What about at HQs and back ofice roles? Is it just as stressful? I'm asking because I got a offer (back office/HQ. Not banking trainee) from a big bank.

Also are banks safe for women and introverts? I've read about companies where higher ups conantly hit on newbie girls etc. I just wanna do my work and go home. But in my expereince they think you are stuck up then lol.

Expereinces from people working in banks would be very much appreciated.

How to stop overmasking during interviews? This set me up for failure, AFTER I get the job.

I'm tier-1 autistic. I mask heavily through interviews to get the job. I've done this twice now, and I was let go from both (one after a 6 month probation and the other after a year. Second one they bullied me until I quit but thats a different story). I think it's largely because my mask eventually falls off.

My problem is that I overdo it in interview. When I finally relax, my true self, which is introverted and silent, comes out. I still smile and greet and attempt to small talk and do my work very well but it doesn't live up to the initial hype for NTs I think. It's a jarring shift rather than a gradual one so it's probably really noticeable. If I try to dial it down I usually don't get the job anyways. So I'm in this situation of constantly trying to find the right balance.

I’m starting my 3rd job since college, after 2 years of unemployment and I can feel it coming again. I killed it socially in the interview and even made them laugh, but on the documentation signing day I had to introduce myself with other hires so I got anxious and fumbled over my words when everybody was staring at me. So Im already dreading the crash.

Can anyone relate? How do you manage this?

Also, unrelated but I do this in public too (supermarkets, cafes, transport etc.). It’s involuntary at this point. I hyper-mask and probably give off a super extrovert or uncanny valley vibe depending on the person, situation and my mood. I’m naturally very reserved and has RBF or an awkward smile, but since that never got me anywhere in life, I guess I developed this as a coping mechanism. I'm aware of it, but I don't know how to dial it down or find the balance.

Edit: grammar
