Where to find a binder

I really want a binder but idk where to start or which companies have safe binding. I’m mainly looking for physical locations to buy a binder but online might work too. There is a Spencer’s near me and I’ve heard they might have binders but I’m a teen (obviously this is a teen subreddit) and I’m not sure if I’m allowed to go in there. Anyway some help would be nice pls and if someone can confirm or smth about wether or not Spencer’s allows teens.

Thank you!

I’m confused about my gender

I keep on having imposter syndrome and at this point I don’t even really know if it’s imposter syndrome or the fact that I really am like… lying to myself? or tricked my brain into feeling something that isn’t true to myself. For example, I’ve known about the term non binary for a while, but only recently started questioning my gender. At first I was like, “I’m probably not non binary.” But after doing lots of research, I think I might be. But the thing that seems to get to me is that I never noticed that many extremely distinct feelings related to an out of the binary identity until I started researching it. Basically, I don’t know if by researching non binary is digging up emotions I have always felt, or if I’m just inflicting and pushing these feelings onto myself because I’ve been rigorously researching this topic, and my brain desires a sense of community. I don’t know if I should trust these feelings because of what I just explained, and I’m getting a lot of what I think is imposter syndrome. so if possible, can someone help me understand whether my brain is being weird and tricking me or if these feelings I thought that I’ve never felt before are true and suddenly have been, like, awakened, because I’ve digged deep into the topic of gender non conformity and non binary?

I’d like some input besides my own because I have been stuck with my own thoughts on my gender and it’s getting confusing.

I don’t really how to feel about my feelings😭

Yeah, so if possible, can someone help me understand whether my brain is being weird and tricking me or if these feelings I thought that I’ve never felt before are true and suddenly have been, like, awakened, because I’ve digged deep into the topic of gender non conformity?

I can’t sleep right now because of my misophonia

It’s late at night for me right now and I just can’t fall asleep. I’m sleeping over at my friends house and there are just so many noises. I’m trying to cover it up with white noise in my headphones but the worst part is that sometimes a really bad trigger is actually air conditioning and there’s is so much air conditioning and fans in my friends house. I don’t even get it because the certain white noise I have grown accustomed to that plays in my headphones is what calms me down from my triggers, but if there is any kind of airconditioning white noise playing in the background while I’m trying to sleep it’s just kinda of over. It’s even worse because I was going to do something really fun with my friend tomorrow that only happens once a year and now I’m just going to be tired the whole time. I just feel really horrible and tired.

Sorry for kind of ranting but it’s how I feel right now.

I found out I have misophonia

Two years ago I noticed I was getting a bit more annoyed by certain noises, but slowly it got worse and worse. I cried multiple times because of noises most people could just ignore. Honestly at this point, the air conditioning sometimes is a trigger for me. My worst trigger is birds they just don’t go away or stop chirping and it really gets to me. Soooo yeah I did a bit of research and now I’m here 🫤😅

Also, personally, the song “silence is golden” by the Beth’s summarizes misophonia for me very well, give it a listen if you want!
