Pulled pork 20 by 42 pellet smoker with hickory splits
225 overnight. Seasoned with lawrys garlic salt. Added a hickory split every two hours or so when awake. Took about 20 hours for this 11 pounder. Was amazing!

Anybody have a favorite stainless steel or other type of grate for the 42 pellet smoker? I have the universal frame with stainless steel grates for the lower part so I can get to the split basket easier. Looking for recommendations for the upper grate!
My new deflector and split basket weren’t shipped yet but I received the universal grate frame and the Amazon stainless steel grates that TheLostCanuck recommended. They are awesome! Heavy duty and didn’t cost 450 dollars. Grate frame was 35 plus shipping and the stainless steel grates were 52 bucks with free shipping
What splits do you all use for the split basket?
Well I think I’ve been convinced to buy the new diffuser and split basket. What are you all doing to access the split basket conveniently? I don’t have the universal frame and don’t really want to spend 600 dollars on the grate with an access panel. Is it that annoying to just use the normal grate and slide it?
Long story short, my commercial 1750 treadmill stops after 2 miles when I run on it. My wife can run on it at 125 pounds but 175 pounds is too much. Have tried lubricating, checking motor and belt; new deck, new belt. Everything. Nordictrack does not help at all. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Liking getting a horizon 7.8 or sole f80
For those that bought the wood split basket, does it make that much of a difference? Doing pellets with chips is super easy and get tons of smoke flavor. Just seeing if anyone thinks it’s worth it!
Pizzas came out great! Each ball was 300g. Cooked about 3-4 minutes each with the biscotto stone. I used Pizzaparty15 for 15% off some peels also
Did some hybrid neo-NY style in the pizza party Emozione. 5 day cold ferment. Cooked at around 750-800 using KA bread flour
