It can make a vfx artist and graphics fanboy like me forget about the graphics for the entire few weeks that a showcase is revealed and only remember how good the graphics look when the euphoria from the game mechanics and world building fades away. That is so damn photorealistic, it's as if SEGA/RGG skipped a console generation with how much more advanced this looks compared to VF5 Ultimate Showdown.
I know I just coined a new term, but I had just purchased a new Carrier Optima green 0.5 non-inverter airconditioner. And no matter what I set the thermostat to, i do not hear it cycle from cooling to fan mode periodically like our previous aircons. It's as if it's permanently in cooling mode because the rumble and hum are constant throughout the night/day. Is this a design choice or a defect on my unit?
Sometimes if the thermostat is set higher, i try to lower it enough and it does change to something that sounds like a fan mode. But when the cooling cycle kicks in again, it never goes back to fan mode.
So technically it's not even "long" cycling. I just don't hear it cycling at all.
This is driving me insane, just last month I was reveling in the discovery of two shortcuts in Blender Compositor. CTRL+SHIFT + LMB to automatically connect a node to a Viewer Node, and ANOTHER shortcut which i can't believe i didn't write down. I was using a shortcut to connect any two nodes together using their default sockets. It was especially useful for connecting any node to a File Output Node in which it would even automatically create a new Input socket within the File Output node with the original node's label.
It was so simple. It didn't involve any dragging between the two nodes. It was either one key or a key and a mouse button.
Not AI nor any google search is showing me the shortcut i used! Did i just dream it?
I'm continuing to see a pattern among Japanese written stories.

Is it Japanese culture or just an anime trope that the leading man has to be too late to confess first to the girl?
Is it normal for a non-inverter window type aircon like the one mentioned to not stop cooling at all during a Philippine summer season? We installed it in our small room and unlike our previous American Home brand 0.5 which cycled every 5-8 mins or so, this one doesn't cycle off at all even if I set the thermostat as low as 2.
