I'm struggling to get through the days lately

It's been 6 years now. My mental health keeps getting worse every day, and honestly, I have no idea how much longer I can hold on.

Hi my friend is captive rn in some café

Someone just made a group named hlo and send a video about him that he came and drank 26k worth of alcohol with a girl and now sending his video into a group any advice?
Edit: one my friend just talked with him on phone call and on the other hand it was our friend and he told him that he’s in metro rn and tell the whole matter once he’ll meet him also yeah it wae a pure café/club scam which is one of the oldest scam and idk why people still fell for them
