Exercise Intolerance

Anyone else here suffering from exercise intolerance? During the exercises I feel out of breath and afterwards I feel even worse. I get extreme fatigue, heart palpitations and flu like symptoms. I also used to wake up dizzy at night the first few months but now it‘s gone

STOP USING SKINCARE PRODUCTS!

I’m talking specifically to people who suffer from POD

l've had chronic perioral dermatitis for four years and now after finally curing it, I'm so sick and tired of the skincare industry telling you "you need a cleanser twice a day, a moisturizer, a sunscreen and blablabla" like no you don't, that is a modern thing and your skin naturally doesn't anything at all. Look at people from tribal countries, they literally get dirt on their skin everyday and don't use any fancy skincare products, yet they have the healthiest skinbarrier you've ever seen.
I stopped everything, literally everything !
like that sounds nasty but I didn't even wash my face with water, only my eyes in the morning. I also stopped using hair spray, reduced sugar, got a healthy amount of sunlight every day and my skin has never looked better.
The skincare industry just wants the money out of your pockets and unfortunately they work closely with modern dermatologists too, like everyone is making a sh** ton of money.

If you got an acute flare up, then you should of course follow the instructions of a doctor and perhaps use antibiotics, but you need to fight the root cause !

I have been a victim to this too and it makes me so sad to constantly see people here trying to fight their pod with even more products.

So no more casual dating for me?

I eradicated my Hpylori two weeks ago and now I realized: this fun casual dating every week with new people I meet from tinder won‘t work anymore right?
I really like making out with people on weekends.
What if I just let my partners get those cheap tests from amazon? Or are they not reliable?

anybody who had problems taking adhd medication?

I can‘t take methylphendiate because my esophagus feels weird afterwards and I get really bad fatigue, like really bad.
Could this be linked to h pylori? Did anyone else experience this?

Blood work turned fine, can I still be deficient?

I‘m posting this again because I want to include a picture of my iron levels. As you can see my ferritin, Vitamin Levels etc and everything turned out fine.
Is there a chance you can still be deficient in those things? And if yes, how can you tell besides having the symptoms

Vision problems on antibiotics

I‘m on my 3rd day of pylera and right now I feel really weird as if I was about to faint and I can‘t focus my eyes. Like as if I‘d be too tired to focus my eyes on something and I really struggled to drive.

Should I be worried?

Can it be useful to do a gastroscopy?

So I‘m dealing with nausea, loose stools and fatigue after physical activities. Also a lot heart palpitations.
My doctor isn‘t specialized for long covid or any of that stuff but he recommended a gastroscopy and said it could be gastritis. But always only after doing physical activities?

Sleep apnea after working out

Every time after doing any type of sport I feel really bad afterwards. I also get issues falling asleep because I feel really wired and uncomfortable as if my body would be full of adrenaline. When I do fall asleep I sometimes wake up at night feeling really really weird, a feeling that is hard to describe but maybe like a combination of nausea, dizzyness, low blood pressure? And often I also feel out of breath, today for example I woke up out of breath and so confused after playing volleyball on a pretty hot day.

It‘s very likely sleep apnea, but what is the root cause behind it? I‘ve been having it for 2 years now, never had that before. Currently being checked by many doctors. Blood, heart, lungs are fine so far. Next week I‘ll get a device to check for sleep apnea but usually that stuff only happens after working out and I kind of don‘t want to provoke it again, because it feels horrible.

Reminder aufzupassen wo man parkt (250€ strafe)

Feeling like passing out when masturbating

(Srry for my bad english)
Usually I don‘t get that feeling when doing light physical exercises but often when I masturbate and I orgasm it feels like I‘m about to faint or be out of breath. Does anyone else experience this?
That usually only happens on days where I‘m really exhausted and I kind of think it‘s gut related, maybe it is because I‘m pressing my stomach or something?

A very interesting thing that happened once: I went to the toilet late at night at a time where I felt like passing out and after I was done at the toilet my weird feeling went away. But that just happened once and idk if it‘s even worth mentioning.

It‘s actually really hard for me to stop masturbating because if I don‘t I get this uncalm energy inside of me all day.

What unusual symtomps did you get with ibs or a bad gut health?

I‘m wondering, is it possible to get extreme fatigue after doing exercises from ibs or something like that?

besides that I also get
- heart palpitations
- allergy symtomps (like sneezing and an itchy throat)
- fatigue after most meals
- bad sleep

I went to different doctors and they checked my heart, blood etc and everything is fine. The next step would be taking a stool sample to check my intestinal flora and if I have maybe some parasites? But I kind of lost most of my hope that they‘ll find anything. It will most likely be long covid

Is here a person who thought they had long covid but had something else going on?

Edit: People here are clearly in a bubble and can‘t think outside the box. I’ve been in a lot of subreddits and people are always way more dramatic about a certain illness or medication, just because it affects their life. You guys are clearly seriously struggling and it‘s affecting your life a lot, that‘s why you think Covid is much of a bigger problem for everyone than it actually is. But not everyone is affected I‘m around a lot of young people and they are stronger, healthier than ever. You can‘t blame everything on covid.

Like my symptoms definitely speak for long covid however I never had covid or didn‘t even realize it. I got vaccinated two times though.

Did anyone here who didn‘t actually have long covid find their real problem?

When does Antihistamine start to work?

Like does it work immediately? And if it doesn’t help with my symptoms, is it likely that I don‘t have long covid? My doc prescribed me antihistamine for my stomach and for my allergy symptoms . However I still had fatigue after meals yesterday and today in the morning I woke up sneezing like 20 times. Besides that I also get extreme fatigue, nausea, headaches after any type of exercise. And I often get sick the next day, especially after doing weightlifting.
Also heart palpitations, bad sleep (sometimes waking up in the middle of the night feeling weird) and after physical activities or lack of sleep a sensory sensitivity.

My blood is fine, the next thing I‘ll get checked my stool and my sleep. But I really don‘t have much hope.

Do you guys feel like this too when sleep deprived?

I haven’t been diagnosed with long covid but whenever I get just a little bit not enough sleep I always feel nauseas and sick for the whole day. I get extreme fatigue after eating meals, it’s probably my blood sugar fluctuating hard. And I also get loose stools. Does anyone else get this?

So whenever something is important (happens to me mainly at work) | start telling myself "now you need to listen it's important" and then I end up not getting what the person is saying. I'm 22 years old and that made me lose my first ever important job. And I focus on other things like how much should I keep eye contact and stuff like that.
Does anybody know how you can deal with this? I feel so helpless, I was thinking about going to therapy for that but I'm not sure if I want to spend so much money and at the end see no improvement.
I've been also diagnosed with Adhd but I'm not sure if the diagnosis is true because I don't get those issues often when I'm at home watching a youtube video or something like that. I've tried adhd medication (ritalin) but it gave me stomach issues and made the brain fog worse.

Dass ein Studium schwieriger ist, ist mir auf jeden Fall bewusst, aber wie groß ist der Unterschied wirklich (zB Elektrotechnik)? Doppelt so schwer? Dreimal so schwer?
