M/35. 105kg to 80kg (4 years) Running then lifting.

4 years progress. Started out wanting to be able to run a 5k without stopping.

Slowly progressed the distances and ticking off milestones which helped develop my understanding of how to approach training.

Last couple years I got into lifting properly and became a lot more consistent with training and nutrition.

Nothing ground breaking. Just a lot of showing up, doing the basics and learning to trust the process

M/35/5'10" [105kg to 80kg] (4 yeara) for the first couple years I was a runner. Definitely helped with the weight loss and mindset but the last 2 years of gym is where the real changes happened.
