Which duo would win?

The Reboot Entity from Issue #123 appeared in a cave on Thraxa, transporting Mark to an alternate reality that was his past.

It claims that the reality is very real, and that Mark's old reality still exists. It can create new timelines from nothing and is seemingly able to erase them for people.

"We exist outside of time, we see all at once." The Reboot Entity exists outside of time and claims to see all of it at once, which is present across Invincible's infinite multiverse, a.k.a. infinite timelines.

It has acausality, time/spatial manipulation, causality manipulation, higher dimensional existence, existence erasure, gravity manipulation, light manipulation, etc.

Mark, a 3D being, is incapable of perceiving The Reboot Entity until it lowers itself into his dimension.

It is at least highly clairvoyant, knowing of events in Mark's life, but likely nigh-omniscient. It's also narratively above Angstrom Levy, which I think solidifies its presence in the multiverse.

It's safe to theorize that it's using an avatar to speak with Mark, away from its higher dimensional plane.

Robert Kirkman has referred to it as "kind of like a science god" and that it has a "cosmic perspective".

So, my conclusion is that it's at least Uni+ with Multiversal arguments, and very likely 5D.

We're not talking about a physical fighter, this being literally exists outside of time itself, and is capable of viewing it all at once. Mark couldn't even perceive it until it revealed itself in his room, which is what leads me to believe it possesses a higher-dimensional existence.

"It is true that taking our offer would eliminate the existence of your daughter." So, what's stopping it from doing this to Thragg, or any 3D character lacking Acausality?

Seriously, I think it could beat Yhwach from Bleach, change my mind.
