Im transitioning to Endgame (just entered T10 and I noticed the end game builds of many Penshot guides even those of the same type (Poison as an example) are a bit different. Out of curiosity which build is everyone using for endgame?

Im kinda feeling that the Mattias Maxroll one looks a bit better but I am curious on what everyone esp those with more experience else thinks?

So alot of builds have cold and poison variants. Is my understanding correct as an Example Penshot has Cold and Poison builds and that Cold Builds are better for killing a lot of weaker enemies like farming in Helltides / Undercity / NDs. While Poison is much stronger at killing harder enemies in Pit pushing but due to the DOT nature are much worse in farming stuff like what was prev mentioned?

I want to try my hand at making it high into the leaderboard. What are the best builds to attempt that and best way to get to them if they are late game only ?

So I saw Bliz has a Sale now (Which I was waiting for as ppl said Blizz usually has a sale at around this time) on D2 atm 25% off for around 30 USD. I want to get D2 but unsure if I wait for a bit I can get an even bigger discount like around 50% off cus I see D3 is 50% off. Does D2 only ever go above 25% off or ? Also the sale only seems to be on Battlenet and not Steam ? Does Diablo 2 on Steam not go on sale as much ? If it does go on bigger sales, when is the next big sale?

So as we all know starting SS MMR is somewhere in the mid 2k+. But I am curious what is the exact current as of this week/patch release starting MMR and does that mean that if I never won a full SS game and only ever tied (3-3ed ) every Solo Shuffle game that would be where my Personal Rating would end up? I have never really thought or asked about it and now I am curious where its at atm. Also how much is it increasing per week? I heard someone say 17 for SS but am unsure how do you guys check ?

I wanna play D2 R after feeling done with D4 S13, what are the pros and cons of each platform?

I can get it on either Switch 2, PS5, Steam, or Battlenet. Any advice on which i should pick ?

Out of curiosity for BL builds how big of a boost in dps is a Gem Strength Transfig on a weapon/Offhand ? Was asking because Im trying to get one and I am wondering how big a dps inc it will be ?

Since I am mostly done with my Sorc this Season 13, I was thinking of giving D2 a try while waiting for S14, but before I buy it I am curious about a few things as well as the major differences between the 2.

1.) I will be mostly playing alone since none of my friends are interested in the franchise, how singleplayer friendly is Diablo 2? like in D4 (and I kinda recall D3) you could most complete everything Solo. Are certain classes more solo friedly ?

2.) What downsides / lack of QoL should I expect going down from 4 to 2 ? I heard respec is waay harder (Should I look into guides before I play a character?) and inventory management is harder.

3.) How do Seasons work in D2 vs D4? I heard Season 14 launched (I saw the news which I was I started thinking of D2) just a few days ago. Are D2 Seasons like D4 seasons or are there major differences ?

4.) How is it like jumping into the game as a new player now ? I havent played D4 since launch skipping the 1st xpac and it was pretty easy to catch up. Is it the Same for D2 ?

5.) Are there any other important things I need to know about D2 before playing ?

Out of curiosity, with prices of Herbs amd Ore so down, to you gatherers with your talent builds and etc how much gold do you make on average in 1 hr of Gathering/Mining given current prices ?

Rules

1.) So instead of Ainz and the Tomb being summoned to the New World, it is vought Tower containing Homelander the Seven as of the Final Season (Soldier Boy, Sister Sage, Deep, Black Noir 2, Firecracker, and Oh Father) + Just the rando staff who work at vought. The Tower spawns in the same place as the Tomb. The Tower ofc is separated from all utilities so it might not have Power/Water/etc etc.

2.) For this challenge, assume that Homelander already has V1 (Even if certain members of the 7 should be dead by the time he gets it).

3.) Assume that, all members of the Seven listed above (as well as the vought staff) are alive and start out loyal (even Sister Sage and Soldier Boy) to Homelander

4.) Homelander takes this Isekai event as a sign he is meant to be God of this New World / Rule this new world. The 7 and staff will initially assist him out of loyalty (Although over time their loyalty can change) . Personality Wise Homelander is in his post just got V1 state.

How far does Homelander get in conquering this New World and trying to become God of it? How long can he maintain it if he is successful ?

What are its Pros and Cons vs the other classes and how does it play at endgame (is it strong) ? Also how newbie friendly is it ? I assume our biggest issue is we are squishy (Glass Cannons?) compared to others ?

What are its Pros and Cons vs the other classes and how does it play at endgame (is it strong) ? Also how newbie friendly is it ? I assume our biggest issue is our damage is not as good as others as a trade off to our tankiness ?

So Im winding down my current WoW Patch/Season activities and was thinking of giving D4 a try again since a new xpac is out while waiting for WoW's next Raid Tier.

The last thing I remember in D4 was finishing the base D4 Campaign >!Which was killing Lilith in Hell and that girl companion running off on her own with I believe Mephisto??!< as well as maybe killing the Superboss back then ? Anyway I believe I quit before the 1st Season

Now, I read that if I buy the latest/2nd Expansion , I get the 1st expansion for free.

What would generally be my gameplay loop then ? Do I jump on my old Sorcerer (or make one of the new classes) and then do expansion 1's story content then expansion 2's story content then join the new Season or is it something else? I assume I want to do Expansion 1's story content before doing Expansion 2's story content or are they unrelated ? What would generally be the process of play for someone who wants to see the story and experience the new season ?

Sorry if I dumb question, I am a bit confused about how Seasons work in Diablo having mainly played WoW with regards to Seasons. Is it like WoW where I ideally do the previous expansions content (how long does it take) to get to this new expansions content ?

Was just wondering out of curiosity, which specs get special jobs to do inside BGB ?

As an example,

Ret Paladin gets stuck Defending Bases

Rogues and Stealthers get stuck attacking

DH should be able to move between bases

etc etc

Which other classes get assigned certain roles?

Either for story reasons, gacha reasons, Meta reasons , or gameplay reasons. In your game's community which character is the most hated and why ?
