Hey so I'm a 19 year old who's had issues with kratom for almost a year now. It started with just a couple drinks at the Kava bar that then eventually evolved into taking extracts every day for months. I got off the habit and was completely sober for all of about 3 weeks and was feeling good again, then had one stupid night and relapsed onto taking the extracts I was taking once again. That lasted about a month and then I was clean for an entire 10 days before deciding to try an extract again...ever since that day have just been bouncing around between basically every product I can find on the shelf as the product I was taken was removed recently due to some new law stuff(in florida so very limited). I haven't been able to find anything that makes me feel the same as the old extract did. They were called "Straight Heat Full Spectrum Kratom Extract 300mg". Currently mostly using "7 Seas Full Spectrum Kratom Tablets-200mg" and they do basically nothing for me...but are maybe keeping away the withdrawals, not sure as I havent gone more than a 8 hours in the last month without using. I just need some help figuring out what I'm even quitting at this point, if it'll be as bad as last time, and any advice anyone has for me regarding all of it. Was thinking of tapering, as idk if I can handle cold turkey all over again..just not even sure what im tapering off of or how to go about any of this shit again. I've beat it before, im sure I can again, but honestly in a much worse spot mentally now so am just looking for any help at all please.

I recently stopped a bad kratom extract habit. I went thru pretty horrid withdrawals, but am clean for 9 days. Going to a kava bar tonight on vacation, will drinking kratom teas make me go back into withdrawal tomorrow?

Got off a two month long habit of using extracts, then relapsed after two weeks sober and have been taking "full spectrum heat 300mg" tablets every day for the last about week, was taking the weaker 200mg heat extracts for a full week before that. Bought some powder yesterday since I was tired of spending on the extracts and took about 12g and it made me puke twice and feel super nauseous. Today I took 5g of powder in the morning and then another 5g a couple hours later. Barely even felt that and I feel like shit right now, not super sure if im just spiraling mentally or what it is though. Can anyone help me figure out how strong these extract tablets even actually are and please any advice on quitting. I hate being addicted to this shit and I need to get off.

Had my ignition lock cylinder housing on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta completely lock up. I have a new housing and have gotten the old one out but I need to get the old ignition lock separated from the housing to put into the new one. I still can't get the key to turn all the way and therefore can't the lock out, I've tried basically everything and have resorted to just attempting to drill it but honestly don't really know where to do so or what I'm doing. Any advice?
