I took my new bike out today. Almost scraped a curb leaving and when trying to park later on but managed to get myself right. I didn't brake hard fast enough, panicked and then took some guys parking spot as he was backing in and then stalled so I didn't hit a van. Said sorry I screwed up and the guy said no problem. Didn't stall once before that. But on my way back I stalled twice and kept downshifting on a high rpm because the shifting is crazy. 20 kmph I shift up then 40km I shift again and so on Imo I think I did good. Didn't whisky throttle and made smooth turns and great upshifts. A little slow on leaving from a stop light which annoyed a guy behind me from his constant honking

Is it normal for the shifter to be sticky? I don't feel a click when going into neutral and it confuses me

I have my m1 and I'm buying a kiwasaki ninja 250 2007.i have insurance quoted at 350ish for it. What do I need to know? I pick it up in 3 days. It is Safetied I just need to go pay for it because the dealership won't. They for some reason got it Safetied without paying for it. The bike is $2032 with 15000km. am I rushing things?

Like the title says the battery shows 81.7v but it also always shows 100 percent charge on the dash. No matter how long I ride it it still shows 100 percent battery left even if there is only 66v left. I have taken to using the volts left to know how much I have left. Is there anyway to fix it so it shows proper battery percentage and range?. And even with the speed limiter disconnected it goes over 32 kmph but just shows 32 instead but when I switch to hear two It will say 45kph or gear three 65 kmph. Iv got the votol controller app on my laptop but it's a bit too electrical based for my knowledge. I brought it to a guy who said he limited it at 70kmph which seems right

How do I go back to 32 or 45 kmph or increase the speed that shows on the dash? I'm trying to get gear 1 limited to 35 kph gear two to 50kmph and gear 3 max
