9 Subs, 30 out of stock items and £70 in refunds

Jesus christ. Worst experience out there. I'm a regular with Asda but this has been the worst so far.

Why doesnt Asda just cancel the whole entire order at that point?

They didn't have THIRTY items, that's not even a *cool 3 or 4 items out of stock that's fine*, but 30, surely that's a problem at that point.. On top of that 9 subs that weren't related to the item I ordered either. I'm not picky, I get it, but this one, this one really took the cake.

I just don't understand whatsoever, a cancellation makes completely sense.

Anyone else faced something like this before? Is this a one off store issue or more common that I thought?

What's the real website? Legit concerns.

Ordered 9 days ago from https://m.kitddm.com. No tracking, no email of dispatch, no photos. Not even sure if this is the real website?

I messaged 2 days ago, they replied it'll be shipped in two days. So I messaged today the 9th day, and they replied it was shipped two days ago? But how would that make sense as they already said two days ago it's not ready.

Just abit concerned now as they're contradicting what they're saying and coming upto 10 days tomorrow with no dispatch or QC but apparently shipped...

I know alot of people order on here and maybe I'm being stupid so let me know
