ReStory is a game set in mid-2000s in Tokyo where we have an electronic repairs shop. I tried this game during the steam next fest, the demo really made me love the game. I recently finished inKONBINI and planning to 100% it soon after my friend finish playing it as well. Lately I've been trying to scratch an itch, with cozy games. I first played Coffee Talk Tokyo which then made me play inKONBINI because a character in Coffee Talk Tokyo was a convenience store worker. The sale ends in 37hrs and counting at the moment I'm writing this post. I know people are not obligated to gift, so I would like to say that it would be an amazing miracle that someone would gift me this game. It's 22.27MYR for me, so I am not sure if gifting the game would be cheaper, or a gift card since it's $6USD for me, I assume it's due to region pricing? I can't really play heavy games or large games due to just having a laptop so I would try to find gems like ReStory. Help fund my dreams of running an electronics repair shop 🙏😆

What attracted me to Restory was kinda silly, I love the mechanics of ordering parts and even ordering broken gadgets to salvage the parts. That was the feature that stood out to me. I really enjoyed how chill and cozy the game feels, like the most important thing to us is just running the store and helping people with their gadgets. It was very nostalgic to see that we could repair Nokia phones and PSP units. It truly made me feel how it was back then. The art is amazing, I love how they designed everything and the fonts are easy on the eyes. It feels mellow and perfect for a cozy night.

I can't afford it right now due to paying tuition for uni but I wanted to bite the bullet and try requesting the game since the sale is ending soon. Thank you if you made it this far, may everyone get showered in blessings and we're halfway through the week, so hope everyone have a good week. Thanks to the generous people in this community, y'all are amazing. Also if anyone wanna be steam friends, feel free to add me. :) (hope that's not against the rules)

Hi guys, not sure if it's been asked before but would anyone have any immersive roleplay mods recommendations? I just found out about the Journal Mod and I suddenly got an itch to do a walkthrough where my survivor would write about their experience...I recently saw the polaroid mods too

Any mods that you would recommend? I'm playing on B42!! Thank you

Hello Community of GoG. I would like to request inKONBINI which is on sale right now for US$15.99 according to ggdeals. This would be my first attempt and last for this game as I only want to try to request if there's a sale, I know, poor planning on my part but I figured I'd give it a try.

inKONBINI is basically a game where you run a japanese convenience store, you stock items, sell things, talk to regulars and I find that aspect really interesting. I have recently finished Coffee Talk Tokyo where one of the customers, Blue was a part time convenience store worker, whenever she would post about her "inkonbini" life (I do not wish to spoil anything so I'll leave it at that). I would catch myself wishing for a convenience story game where it is also slightly narrative.

So I found inKONBINI and thought that it looks so interesting and cool! The art is good and I find the features really interesting, I can't really explain it but the artstyle looks so....edible? And smooth lol.. From the screenshots, it seems we will be doing a lot of sorting and have some story to it, which is something I enjoy in cozy games, just like how I enjoyed Whisper of The House! I have refrain from watching any clips from this game or watching any streams because I would love to experience the inkonbini life for myself.

The weather is currently too hot and I would love to play more cozy games (I've tried some steam next fest demos too) where I can just chill and enjoy the game without thinking too much, the heat just turns off my thinking feature lol. inKONBINI seems to fit that perfect puzzle so thats why I am requesting this game! There's just something about the artstyle, the animations when the character moves and the atmosphere just draws me in and I know I will love the game. My birthday is a few days after the sale ends, but of course I am not entitled to a game just because it's my birthday, though it would make my day to receive this game and I would be very grateful.

Even if I am unable to get this game, I would love to say thank you to the people that are gifting people throughout this sale. Thank you for taking the time to read my ramblings(sorry!) and take care everyone, stay hydrated. Also, if anyone have any recommendations for cozy game demos I could try or any cozy game in general, please let me know. Thank you.
