
Legal Notice Sent To Amazon And Cocoblu Retail
Sharing my experience so others are aware and can protect themselves.
April 19, 2026 — Ordered Ray-Ban frames worth ₹8,289. Received a completely empty Ray-Ban branded box. Recorded full unboxing video at the time of opening.
Contacted Amazon Support On Call And Explained The Situation and Even Told them about the unboxing video
A investigation was raised and I contacted them again they denied my refund request claiming that product was delivered in intact condition i even asked them to share the details of the investigation what steps had been taken by the Amazon Team but they didn’t reply
After this i mailed ECR team and they told me to wait for 5 business days to check on my complaint
They too denied my refund
After that I got a contact of a Legal Service Named “Get My Refund “ i contacted them on WhatsApp they told me to share all details on the mail
They promptly assisted me and raised my complaint through INGRAM, CPGRAM but Amazon Replied That they are just a platform and third party sellers are responsible for any issue not Amazon
I was very frustrated i contacted My legal team and requested them to send a Legal Notice
They Promptly sent a legal notice to Amazon And Cocoblu Retail and surprisingly Cocoblu responded on the issue within 2 days and sent me a respond on my legal notice now waiting for them to respond on the issue with a formal response
