I would love to see how this presents to my fellow artists. I've ran one Meta Ads campaign for a week, and did one playlist promotion starter package thing. Other than that, just a lot of free promo stuff. Anything I can think of really, I've tried lol.

My artist name is hurrysafe if you would like to take a gander at the music itself. I appreciate your time!

Members Media meta ads... my experience

Did the $299 package on a cover of "Sweater Weather" --- thought that was a good one to choose because it's already a massive song. Here are my results.

200 streams, 100 listeners, 95(????) saves, 4 new followers. The last four days since the push is over have been abysmal. 12 streams, then 7, then 6, then 4. PUSH IS OVER and I paid $299 for 200 streams and 4 new followers lol

I cannot help but feel robbed. The whole schtick in their advertisement of this feature vs playlist promo is getting listeners who stick around, and this was certainly not what was as advertised.

I know there is a "results may vary" aspect of it, and maybe I'm overreacting... but what a waste!

I covered idfc, if anyone is interested in listening and providing feedback - even harsh!

I'm partial to the acoustic version, so I went in that direction here. I have cheap equipment and record in my living room so I layer the vox a lot to mask that. (I also kinda dig the "demo" feel of it all)
