GAME DOESN'T OPEN PLEASE I NEED HELP!!

Today, i finally bought Cyberpunk 2077 base game on steam. I played a pirated version of the game with the DLC (the original Steam version doesn't have it). I didn't even load the save file. I just deleted it, closed the game, and went ahead and to install the mods. I wanted to play it with mods But now, it doesn't work! i followed the exact steps of this video.
but now, my game is completely bricked! it doesn't even reach the title screen. at first, I tried to just slip the mod inside the ''mod'' folder. It didn't work, so i tried just deleting it and boot it up. It still didn't work.

I imagine it's because of the mod folders in the video, but after copying them inside the game folder, i don't know which of them is it. i'm afraid of deleting the base game essential files.

Then, i tried uninstalling and installing the game, but it didn't work too. The game remain broken. I don't even care about the mods at this point, i just want to play the game. Please, can someone help me?

How does open source works for players?

I think that when a game is open source, everyone can develop updates to it. But how do we play these fan updates of a Roblox game?

Will they be like Friday night funkin' or Undertale mods where you have to install it externally?

(I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, I don't know how this works :P)

Should i buy an arcade stick/hitbox as a keyboard player?

I know this is a common question here, but hear me out. I play mostly Street Fighter 6 (and sometimes 2XKO and DBFZ for party fun). I have over 300 hours of playtime in Street Fighter 6, so i came to the conclusion that i'm already committed to the game and, thus, the FGC.

At the start, i used to play the game on an Xbox controller, but after some weeks, it broke. Then, i learned how to play on a keyboard as a lack of option, but it's been how i've played ever since.

I've been curious about trying out these arcade sticks / hitboxes (i'm using both terms because i don't quite know the difference between them 😅). It's basically the regular between the pros and tryhards, so i imagine it's the best way to play. So should i stick with the keyboard or buy one? and if i should, i would love some recommendations, since my experience with these controllers is absolute zero.
