For the last 5 years, I've always had these types of acne-like bumps on my inner thighs. I never thought much of it because having thick thighs runs in my family, and they constantly rub together, so I assumed it was just chafing and regular irritation but yesterday the biggest, cystic-acne-looking bump I've ever had appeared. Today, it swelled up significantly (about 5 cm / 2 inches) and feels completely hard. It started leaking, and when I applied light pressure, only blood came out. The pain is so severe right now that I can't even walk when my thighs brush against each other.
This is my first time hearing HS and considering my symptoms, I would love to get your thoughts on whatever this looks like . I booked a doctor's appointment, but it's 15 days away. If there are any home remedies or skincare recommendations you guys recommend in the meantime, I would really appreciate it!

Hey everbody! So this is my voice without any voice training or trying to change it, its just how I sound normally. On the phone, I always pass as a woman(Im MTF) and this app also shows it as %86 female but the thing is; I think I sound really masculine? Is it just dysphoria talking or do I have a girl voice? Any recommendations about how I can sound better is appreciated!
