Hello all, I’m currently planning to build a wargaming table for my home, I have all the materials, but I had the thought to add a rough sandy texture to the table top, something with some grit but not enough to affect a neoprene mat if I wanted to use one.
The bare will just be plywood 60X44, my brain says to just dump some Elmer’s glue and sprinkle some fine sand into it then paint it, but any tips are appreciated.
So this has been happening with all the raft layers and slowly getting worse with each print, any insight as to what could be causing it?
Edit: I did just clean the bed with some soap and water so let’s see what happens now
Has been leveling my necrons to get this from the dark angels CE … guess I don’t need to anymore lol.
7 years ago I was able to get up at 5am drive an hour to work, do my labour intensive job, drive an hour and a half home (traffic), shower, go to the gym, come home make dinner, play video games, paint minis, watch a new show or movie.
And now I barely get up in time to go to work, I work all day, go home and take care of my son, make him “dinner” (just starting solids) maybe make dinner for myself put my son to bed and go to bed because I’m exhausted.
Hell I remember playing world of Warcraft BEFORE WORK for like 2 hours then coming home and playing it for 6 more.
I don’t even have time to play a game these days, I don’t have time to paint, I don’t have time for the gym, or taking the dog for a hike.
It’s just get up, work, get home, eat, play with my son a bit, and then bed.
How the hell did I go from being able to game for 6 hours straight to not even being able to have time to make dinner?
It can’t just be having a baby, he takes up a lot of time sure but he enjoys doing things with me, watching me cook or clean or whatever but I still feel like I don’t have ANY time in my day.
It’s basically pivot rules for flying, -2 move but you ignore basically everything.
So I just saw on Facebook that the keyword “pistol” has been changed to “close quarter” and the immediate speculation is this means other guns will be able to be shot in engagement range.
Now the first guns that come to mind for me… are shotguns and our pioneer and yager units.
What are your thoughts on it? Do you see shotgun weapons getting the “close quarters” keyword in 11th and what other guns could get it?
