How would you make a dice mechanic more interesting

So if you roll a d20 to see if you hit an enemy and a d6 for damage. How would you take a simple mechanic like that and make it more interesting? I was thinking of a game where the player gets a range of d20-d4, and once they use the d20 to see if they can deal damage, they can't roll it again unless they either defeat the enemy or some other way. But I feel like the dice mechanic can be a little boring after a while, so I've been trying to think of unique ways. Maybe after defeating an enemy one of your dice gets a power boost or maybe you can change the effects of a natural 1 to be almost like a natural 20, but idk if that would be fun

IDK ANYMORE SHJDEUJDRJJEJFFJEJ FAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH

I go back to drawing after giving up years ago and I spent the last 6 hours of my life erasing and drawing different poses this is probably the better ones, but it still looks off. Like the bellybutton looks like in the wrong place, the butt looks weird and the left boob also looks in the wrong spot, and now I got a missing head because i don't have enough room and with the little room I gave myself because I want to be able to alter mtg cards every about it looks terrible.

Sisay cedh questions

https://moxfield.com/decks/NWSgAUpXPHmbqdz58pWhQA

is there something in this deck list where you think it's not worth having. I been playing testing this deck list in moxfield, and I feel like I am either keeping a bad hand or it's just not doing to well. The wincon is mount doom, and I used to have orcish now master, but I took it out for another legendary card. Its supposed to go wide using the queen of dale, and being able to tap the tokens for mana by either enduring or cyptolith rite. The one thing I don't understand sisay is Deadpool like I know he is a good "removal" and that he is red and black which are really important commander but people say he goes infinite in a way I don't understand.

Sisay weatherlight captain

So I am trying to build her as a bracket 3-4 deck. I am trying to have a deck where I can keep updating it with ever set that comes out. I am not sure if I want to build her as a tribal deck or what. So far this is all I got: https://moxfield.com/decks/ORHQYUGgRkCdOjVDmKOiQQ I got a bunch of legendaries in sideboard but not sure what to do with it.

Caesar, Legion's Emperor vs Juri, Master of the Revue

I really liked my sephorith fabled soldier deck, but I noticed how weak he is when going up against other commanders that have more that 2 colors. So I have been searching for a commander that feels the same as sephorith that has the theme of sacrificing your permanent and getting value from it, and has 2 or more colors. I found these two commanders. Now, I kinda what them as a bracket 4, but in the future I want to build them as low cedh. I put a little more effort in Juri than I did with Caesar, so Caesar feels kinda bad. I know about Korvold, but I already have a deck for him and he is cedh. Now which deck should I build and is there any missing pieces that can make the chosen deck a lot better?
