Being a non-US founder makes some basic business stuff surprisingly complicated

I expected the legal setup part to be annoying but honestly the ongoing admin side has been more frustrating for me so far.

Every time I try to set something up there’s another requirement I didn’t think about first. Address verification, banking checks, phone numbers, mail handling, identity stuff. Nothing major individually, it just becomes this constant chain of small problems when you’re not physically in the US.

Kinda funny because the actual work side of the business has felt simpler than dealing with all the random setup details around it.

headless shopify store and doing styling a reviews widget (for a client project)

hey guys, i've been working on on a client project atm building a custom headless storefront . the client wants a completely product review setup that matches their specific design system perfectly and standard out of the box widgets from or loox are breaking their layout and looking clunky. into options with decent developer apis and metadata flexibility. i'm right now messing around with fera because their developer backend lets you fetch the review payload via and use completely customtemplates for widgets without breaking the core tracking or rich snippets. has anyone here handled custom review on a headless or heavily modified theme?

Best Free CRM With WhatsApp Integration for Small Businesses

Hey everyone,

We run a small local business in India and have been managing customer follow ups manually through spreadsheets and WhatsApp Business, but it’s starting to become difficult to stay organized as more customers come in every week.

Right now we handle a small number of daily customer inquiries and walk ins, and while Google Sheets worked in the beginning, it’s getting harder to:

Track customer conversations

Manage follow ups

Update lead status

Search through older contacts

Keep WhatsApp communication organized

So we’re now looking for a free CRM with WhatsApp integration that can help simplify customer management without requiring a huge setup or budget.

Here’s what we mainly need:

WhatsApp integration

Being able to connect WhatsApp Business for customer follow ups and communication is the biggest priority.

Simple lead and contact tracking

We want an easy way to organize customer details, notes, and follow up history.

Easy to use

The team is small and not very technical, so simplicity matters a lot.

Affordable or free

Since we’re still growing, we’d prefer a free CRM or something with a very low starting cost.

Good for Indian businesses

Would love recommendations from businesses in India using these tools successfully.

We’ve looked briefly at Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Bitrix24, and a few WhatsApp API tools, but I’d really like to hear what people are actually using day to day.

Which CRM with WhatsApp integration has worked best for your small business?

Any platforms that are especially easy for customer follow ups and lead management?

Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

Starting cold email at 200/day what am i missing before i scale this?

Hey everyone,

I’m just getting into cold emailing and before i push volume any further, I wanted to sanity check my setup and see what i might be overlooking.

Current setup:

Leads: LinkedIn Sales Nav Icypeas

Infra: 4 domains, 12 inboxes Google Workspace

Sending: PlusVibe warmup + sending

Volume goal: 200 emails/day total

Am I scaling too fast at 200/day with this setup? If you were starting again from zero, what’s the one thing you wish you knew before sending your first 1000 cold emails?

Appreciate any insights

What are the top-rated bathtub pillows according to customer reviews?

I went to a bathroom accessories store two days ago because I wanted a comfortable bathtub pillow for relaxing after long work days. I also wanted to know which ones have the best customer reviews. At first I thought it will be easy to choose. But after checking different pillows I got confused very quickly. Some pillows looked very soft but reviews were mixed. Some looked simple but users were giving very high ratings. One seller keep talking fast and I could not understand properly. I could not trust them. I could not decide confidently.

Then I checked another store nearby to understand more clearly. The worker there explained that top rated bathtub pillows usually have strong suction cups breathable mesh fabric and thick neck support. Some memory foam pillows get good reviews for comfort. Some full body bath cushions are popular for longer baths but cost more. I remembered my old bathtub cushion that kept slipping every few minutes and made relaxing difficult. That memory stayed in my mind. Some pillows looked very comfortable but real long term quality was not fully clear. That made me hesitate even more.

Later at home I searched online while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba. I found many bathtub pillows with customer reviews and ratings. Some users say mesh pillows dry faster and stay fresh longer. Some reviews praise extra neck support for comfort during long baths. Some cheaper pillows have good ratings but users mention weak suction after some time. This made me excited but also confused again. Now I am thinking should I choose a simple highly rated bathtub pillow or spend more on a premium full support bath cushion what would you choose in my place?

What’s your top pick? Shift4shop or BigCommerce?

At first I thought one of them would clearly stand out, but the deeper I go, the more they blur together. Both seem capable, both seem aimed at “serious ecommerce,” and now I’m stuck trying to figure out what makes people choose one over the other.

Not from a marketing perspective, but from the “I have to log into this thing every day” perspective.

If you’ve worked with either platform for a while, what ended up becoming the deciding factor for you?

I didn't realize how much mental clutter was slowing me down

i've noticed i spend more time thinking about things than actually doing them. my notes app is full, my to-do lists are chaotic, and somehow i still feel unclear about what matters most. started trying a simple mind dump style approach where you type everything out without overthinking and it organizes the noise into something more actionable. kinda feels like clearing your desk but for your brain. honestly didn't expect much from it, but having one clear next step instead of 50 thoughts fighting each other actually helps. anyone else tried something similar?

what actually happens to your taxes when you have an eu company but live nomadically

this took me way too long to understand properly. having a company in an eu country does not mean you only pay taxes there. most countries look at where the company is actually managed and controlled from. if you are making decisions from a laptop in thailand or portugal, the local tax rules of wherever you are spending time can still apply to you personally. i was reading through this tax optimization guide that goes into substance requirements and permanent establishment risk in a lot more detail than i expected. the short version is your company needs to have some real economic activity in the country it is registered in, not just a registered address. for people running fully remote businesses: do you have any actual substance in your company's country, like an accountant, a local bank account, anything? or are you just hoping no one looks too closely?

What tech tools have improved your daily life in 2026?

Not talking about hype or “top 10 AI tools” lists, i mean the stuff you use every day that made a noticeable difference.

I’ve been trying to simplify my setup lately and realized most tools fall into 2 buckets: sounded useful, but never stuck, and simple, boring… but i use them daily

A few that stuck for me:

- Notion (still my second brain)

- ChatGPT / Writeless for random problem solving / writing

- Google Calendar + Circleback for meetings

- For outreach / communication workflows, Plusvibe + Icypeas is my combo.

Curious what’s in your daily stack... Any hidden gems should i try?

Where can I read customer reviews for wall-mounted robe hooks?

I visited a small bathroom accessories store two days ago to understand where I can read customer reviews for wall mounted robe hooks I wanted real feedback I wanted honest experience I wanted durable product But when I checked I felt confused. Some reviews look very short and not useful. Some look copied and not real buyer experience. Some sellers only show positive ratings and hide issues. I could not trust them I could not decide confidently important dots real usage feedback matters most.
Then I visited another shop in the same area They suggested checking trusted online marketplaces review sections home improvement forums and product comparison websites Many users share real experiences about wall strength rust issues and installation quality I remembered one bathroom where cheap hooks became loose after few months That made me think carefully important dots long term reviews are more reliable Some reviews focus on durability Some focus on installation ease Some focus on design quality
while scrolling many online marketplaces including amazon and alibaba I saw robe hook listings Some show verified buyer reviews Some show photo based feedback Some show video installation reviews Some were expencive Some were budget Some reviews say stainless steel hooks last longer Some say adhesive hooks fail on wet walls I is not suer which review source is truly honest or only promotional content
Now I am thinking best reviews come from long term real users What would you choose for research official seller reviews or independent bathroom improvement forums for better decision?

Which brands offer the most reliable robe hooks for heavy use?

I visited a small bathroom accessories store two days ago to check which brands offer the most reliable robe hooks for heavy use I wanted strong support I wanted long lasting quality I wanted stable fixing But when I checked I felt confused. Some hooks look premium but feel loose under weight. Some look strong but design is outdated. Some sellers say heavy duty but do not show real load testing. I could not trust them I could not decide confidently important dots real strength matters more than appearance.
Then I visited another shop in the same area They explained that reliable robe hook brands for heavy use usually include Moen, Kohler, Delta, Grohe, and Hansgrohe These brands are known for strong mounting systems rust resistant finishes and long term durability I remembered one hotel bathroom where cheap hooks failed due to constant heavy use That made me think carefully important dots installation quality and brand strength both matter Some brands focus on luxury bathroom design Some focus on industrial durability Some focus on budget friendly fittings
while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I saw robe hook options Some show stainless steel heavy duty hooks Some show brass premium hooks Some show matte black designer hooks Some were expencive Some were budget Some reviews say Moen and Kohler are very stable for daily heavy use Some say cheaper hooks loosen over time I is not suer which brand is truly best for long term heavy duty bathroom use
Now I am thinking best choice depends on load capacity and mounting quality What would you choose for your bathroom premium branded heavy duty robe hook or budget friendly bathroom hook set?

What are your thoughts on Wix vs Elementor?

The more I compare Wix vs Elementor, the more it feels like they’re solving the same problem in totally different ways.

Wix looks like the “just get your site live” option, while Elementor feels more like “you can customize literally everything if you’re willing to learn it.”

That’s where I’m stuck. I want flexibility, but I also don’t want to spend half my life tweaking settings and watching tutorials just to make a decent homepage.

For anyone who’s used either one, where did you eventually land? Did you appreciate the extra control from Elementor or end up wishing you kept things simpler?

What are the top-rated rock splitters for mining operations?

I was helping a friend source equipment for a small quarry project and somehow ended up deep into rock splitter research way more than I expected. At first I thought it would just be those basic wedge tools, but the newer mining setups are actually pretty serious machines now.

Most people on site were talking about hydraulic rock splitters as the go to option because they are strong, controlled, and way safer than blasting. I even saw one demo where they drilled a hole in a granite block and the splitter just cracked it open like it was nothing, no dust cloud chaos or flying debris. That moment kind of stuck with me.

Later I was scrolling through listings online and checking specs, and I casually landed on Alibaba just to compare models and force ratings. Not gonna lie, the range is wild there, from compact handheld systems to massive hydraulic rigs used in quarry operations. One operator I spoke to joked that half the confusion is just picking the right pressure rating and not overbuying.

Still I am not fully sure, are hydraulic splitters the actual standard for most mining sites now or are rock breakers still more commonly used when things get heavy duty and fast paced?

What are the top rated reviews for portable ore sorting machines?

I only started looking into portable ore sorting machines after a small field test went kinda sideways. We had mixed grade material and the lab results looked fine, but on site everything felt inconsistent. One operator literally said bro we are basically guessing ore quality at this point. After that I got curious about how people actually feel about portable sorters in real use, not just specs. From what I found, most operators like them because they help reject waste early and reduce downstream load, especially when ore grades are uneven. Some discussions online mention that sensor based sorting can cut down processing cost by removing low value rock before grinding starts, which honestly makes a lot of sense in practice . I remember one night I was just scrolling through equipment options and ended up checking Alibaba listings just to compare portable models. Not planning anything serious, just trying to see how suppliers describe real performance. It was actually useful because you can spot differences in sensor types, conveyor speed, and claimed recovery rates side by side. There was also a small incident on site where a conveyor jam made us manually separate material, and everyone was like yeah a portable sorter would have saved this mess. Still confused though. Do people trust portable ore sorting machines for consistent field accuracy, or are they still more of a support tool rather than something you fully rely on?

i’ve spent the last six years as a crm lead and i’m tbh reaching my limit with how much of our budget goes into just making different tools talk to each other. it feels like every time we add a seat in salesforce, i have to spend a weekend fixing the zapier bridge to our accounting and project management apps just to keep the data from desyncing. i’ve been looking into t1u.com for a client lately and their ""business operating system"" approach is actually pretty tempting because it natively unifies the crm with finance and hr under one ai layer. it’s wild that in 2026 we’re still mostly just duct-taping disconnected modules together instead of using a unified system where the lead, the deal, and the invoice are actually the same record. curious if any other leads here are actually moving toward these all in one stuff and bos platforms or if you’re still sticking with the niche platforms but fragmented stack?

I visited an office equipment shop two days ago to check labelers with Bluetooth I wanted wireless printing I wanted easy phone control I wanted fast setup But when I checked I felt disappointed Some labelers look modern but app is confusing Some connect fast but print quality is weak Some say Bluetooth support but connection drops I could not trust them I could not decide confidently I is thinking real use is more important than feature list I also saw demo but pairing was not smooth.

Then I visited another shop in the same area Some labelers had Bluetooth Some had USB Some had dual connection Some had mobile app printing I remembered one small warehouse where label printer failed to connect during rush and packing got delayed That made me hesitate even more I is not suer which brand is stable for daily work Some sellers promise easy app use but real speed is different.

To check more variety and options while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I saw many Bluetooth labelers Some say portable Bluetooth printer Some say smart label maker Some say wireless thermal printing Some say QR and barcode support Some were expensive Some were budget Some reviews say easy setup Some say app crash issues This made me excited but also confused again Now I am thinking which is better stable Bluetooth labeler or simple wired printer for daily business use I also notice brands like Brother Dymo Zebra and Phomemo often come in listings but I is still not fully sure which one gives best real world Bluetooth performance and long term reliability what would you choose for label printing wireless or wired setup?

WooCommerce has been fine for me, but lately it’s starting to feel like I’m constantly tweaking things, dealing with updates, and little issues that keep popping up.

So now I’m casually looking into WooCommerce alternatives, but it’s hard to tell which ones feel smoother once you’re using them day to day.

If you’ve made the switch, what did you move to and what pushed you over the edge? Was it worth it, or did you end up missing the flexibility?

I’ve been trying to understand HubSpot CRM pricing beyond the free plan, and honestly it’s a bit confusing.

At first it looks pretty reasonable, but then I see mentions of paid hubs, add-ons, per-user costs, and features being locked behind higher tiers.

For those of you who’ve used it long term, how much did you actually end up paying as your usage grew?

Did the pricing feel justified for what you got, or did it start to feel expensive compared to alternatives?

Also curious if there were any hidden costs or surprises along the way.

Would really appreciate some real-world insight before I commit.
