I count the calories and everything before I eat .. then I feel full .. but I continue to eat so I don’t mess up with my calorie counting ..
sometimes I feel I have to do breakfast and lunch just because I used to ..
** Note: I am currently overweight and in a diet , and I am so happy in my body now and I feel good all the time despite dieting .. am just unsure if this is healthy or not.

Anyway, I’m currently trying to get healthier and tone up, but I do not want to lose my ass. My goal is to maintain my current proportions: a smaller upper body and a larger lower body. The last time I tried dieting, I ended up losing all my fat and body definition .. which is exactly what I want to avoid this time.
is 2 lower body days and 1 upper body day a week enough to tone up and keep my shape?
I am so SHOCKED at how many Taurus cheaters I've met !!
