I’m considering Immanuel kant baltic federal university (IKBFU) for MBBS and would really appreciate some honest feedback from current students or anyone planning to join.
I have a few questions:
How is the location and student life?
Is travel from India expensive since Kaliningrad isn’t on mainland Russia?
What’s the easiest route and the usual Moscow–Kaliningrad flight cost?
What’s the total budget for MBBS?
Which consultancy would you recommend?

My mother received my tira order today (she did not know the actual amount was ₹5) and the delivery agent collected ₹406 COD.
The issue is that this order was redeemed using 400 Tira Points, and the app clearly showed the total payable amount as only ₹5.56 (COD charges).
But the invoice attached to the package showed ₹406 total and the delivery person asked for the full amount, so payment was made assuming it was correct.
Now I’m confused:
Was this a billing error ? Did anyone else face this with Tira Points orders?
Will Tira refund the extra amount?
