So i recently visited one of the Ajmal stores in my city and tried this Cyan oud, which was out of stock in most of the Ajmal kiosks in the city.

I really don't understand the hype regarding this - or perfume is selective of course.

It opens with a fresh fruity note and then suddenly changes into a harsh grape, peachy combo which had me headache. Felt too overrated and after some time the smell literally sucked.

Maybe it's for those who prefer a strong smell but in a fresh category such strong fruit notes are out of the blue.

Projection and longevity is good - 2 sprays almost stayed 7 hours in my hand.

What's your opinion regarding this

Long review alert:

so I was recently gifted menworks perfume set 15 ml × 8 and one 50ml and after using it randomly for the past 7 days this is my honest opinion:

1. Immense: they mentioned its a clone of LV L'Immensite but honestly speaking this is an average freshie, opening with mandarin, bergamot and ambergris while dry down is watery and light ambroxin. It can project 5-8 minutes and last almost 1 hour or max 1.5-2 hours in ac env. Rating - 1.3/5 star as smell is very common and lots of better option in this budget

2. The bleu: though it's written on their website that's its a taken on YSL edp but zero percent close to the original as i have the og. same average freshie but ginger notes are there in opening and dry down there's touch of cedarwood. No hint of vetiver / tonka beans as mentioned, lasts longer like 30 minutes projection and 2 hours of lasting. 1.8 / 5 start according to me - lasts longer on clothes

3. Myslv: their take on YSL myself, opening is really good with bergamot and orange blossom, dry down a little bit musky - opening is harsh but dry down is beautiful. One of the most favourite for me in the lineup. Projection is like 30 minutes and 2 hours of longevity, 2.5 / 5 star for me.

4. Chrome : based on the profile of azzaro chrome , opening with lemon and a hint of pineapple and dry down is musky and hint of oakmoss is there. No presence of neroli, jasmine and rosewood though they are mentioned in the notes on their website. Projection is 20 minutes approx and longevity is 1-1.5 hours max, a 1.8 star / 5 for me.

5. 90's shave : its their own creation and surprisingly this is the best in their lineup for me. Nostalgic barbershop vibe , opening with orange and bergamot while dry down is little bit ambery with presence of patchouli and lavender. This is worth a try if you like barbershop fragrance and in this budget it projects 30 minutes and lasts 2.5 hours on skin. A 3 star / 5 for me, you can try this one definitely

6. Pineapple Mafia: its written that its their sweet take on Creed Aventus Dna - but the worst smelling perfume among their fresh lineup. Harsh Opening with mix of green apple and pineapple which creates a typical medicinal smell rather than any fresh. Dry down is woody but a big no for me. 1 star / 5 for me lasts 2-2.5 hours on skin.

7. Golden Reserve: dupe of JPG LE MALE ELIXIR as written but they are kidding with literally here. La male Elixir is one of my favourite of all time and compare to og literally it is the most disappointing clone exists in the market. A hint of benzoin, honey and harsh vanilla thought the notes. A big no and 1 star / 5 for me.

8. Wanted: Dupe of Azarro most wanted parfum and they worked well here. Opening with cardamom and dry down with presence of toffee and woody. Little bit synthetic but as the time advances it will become better. Projects almost an hour and lasts 3-3.5 hours on skin, a 2.8 star / 5 for me. You can try this too for an experience. Overall good one

Overall this is like just another indian brand live on paid promotion, not with the quality. I will say to avoid this brand and if you really want to try go for their 90s shave and wanted.

Why don't people talk about this?

This was another banger from Rahyaan - i haven't sniffed BDC la'excluif yet but nocturno elixir is banged on in versatility.

Top notes - Lemon zest, Citrus and Creamy lavender ( not everyday fresh citrus )

Middle notes - floral and aromatic (💯 masculine)

Bottom notes - Incense and rich sandalwood

This drydown makes this perfume a rich, white collar and sophisticated one, this is best for your meetings or formal occasions though you can wear it in evening also. If you want to make a signature scent specifically in your workplace this is the perfect choice.

P.s. - avoid wearing it outdoors/ gym

I have been wearing this beauty for the last 2 weeks , it projects around 2-2.5 hours (make people noticeable) and lasts around 10-12 hours (i easily get the smell while returning from the office) , on clothes in stays around a day.

I have bought it for around 2.8k - a little bit pricey as in that time it just came to India.

For me its a solid 8.5 /10 - Rahyaan did the things perfectly.
