Settlement after a Collision
Hi! I was involved in a car collision where I hit the other vehicle first. The initial police investigation was both party at fault but since naginsist yung other party na wala siyang mali until it took few hours back and forth na salita para matapos i decided to offer her my insurance to repair her car as well as giving her transpo allowance which sabi ng police kami daw magdecide para hindi siya mag file ng case sakin. Since it was my first accident I was scared about her filing a case to me and offered her the repair so nasa police report is my fault in which ngayon ko lang narealize na sana I fought for it. Yung settlement namin sa police is yun, now that tatagalan sa CASA yung repair possible po ba na magrequest ako ng reinvestigation kasi super stress na ako sa daily text follow up niya kung when aayusin yung car and demanded to repair outside casa which mag OOP ako na against talaga ako kasi I have insurance. Parang nakalimutan niya na based sa investigation it was both our fault. Pwede po ba mag reinvestigate sa police yung case and if ever magfile sila ng case ano po mangayayari.
Willing naman talaga ako for repair pero insurance gamitin pero ngayon parang she wasnt even thankful na wala siyang magagastos but demand things pa sa akin pointing the blame everything to me na dahil sa nagawa ko wala siyang sasakyan magagamit.
