Iam in india where spinfit omni cost very much , which eartips would you recommend other than this pls help

Whenever i switch to noise cancelling (high) it remains same as transperancy But when on mid or low anc it's working The Idac is choppy too Tried resetting it didn't work What to do It's only been a month buying and if I have to claim warranty is the original box needed or just receipt needed pls reply guys
