What am I doing wrong here?

Hi, looking for some constructive feedback here as I'm thinking I may be the problem with how things are going on Foundayo.

I am on my 3rd month of 2.5mg.

I am only trying to lose about 15lb and was told Foundayo was good for me 'cause I have a chronic sickness that makes me inflamed/gain weight BUT I don't have a ton to lose.

I eat about 100g of protein and 25ish grams of fiber per day, mostly whole foods. I drink maybe not enough water but I'm not dehydrated. Sometimes my portions seem a little big but I'm still eating healthily and under 1900 calories.

I lift weights 2-3x/week and walk or skate every day. I sit at work but still get 9-10k steps per day.

Not only will my weight not budge, I am up a pound and I feel flabbier than where I started.

What am I not seeing here? I am NOT a perfect fitness influencer but I'm certainly not just sitting on my tail waiting on results.

I appreciate your help.

Baltimore - CFG Bank weird start time

CFG Bank arena posted that doors are at 6 and show (presumably Djo) is at 7. In what world? Never seen Tame go on before 850-9pm...

Social group for people who need a break from talking politics

Folks, please don't come for me, but I am really in need of some social spaces where politics can be put aside a while.

It's not that I don't care. I do. But there's so much judgment and polarization right now. I guess I'm looking for community where different types of people can get along.

I'm a 40 something, introverted, new to VA Dad. Is this a fantasy?

My partner is unhappy where we live

Partner and I are both 45, married 10 years and together 20 years. Let's call partner C. C and I love each other and our kids and have what I would call a pretty great marriage.

But lately C expresses how unhappy he is where we live (we are in my home country, not his). C feels like people here are very uptight (not wrong) and obsessively political and judgy about it (also not wrong, I also find this tiring). C is quite introverted but has always had friends, and has found it hard to make friends here over the last 5 years. C is also from a different country/political system and tends to be more moderate than those we live around.

It hurts me to know that C feels isolated and is finding it hard to be happy. I believe that sometimes C takes other people too personally and is highly sensitive (which they acknowledge). I also think C might not fully accept how hard it is to have two young kids and how much this affects life.

I'm not willing to move because my career and elderly parents are here, and our kids are thriving. I don't see it as being a good idea. But I also feel the strain on things when C descends further into pessimism.

I feel like I'm unsure how to be a supportive spouse here and need some help.

We both acknowledge that our kids are living an amazing life here. Schools and broader community are wonderful
