I'm looking to join a soccer league in the valley. I live in the West Valley. I looked at one in TO but it is just too far for me. Looking for a group of guys that meet up for soccer every week. Not strictly looking for a league. Appreciate any recommendations.
So I just bought this 2023 X3 with 22k miles on it. Now nearly everytime I back up I can hear the brakes squeaking. On top of that I just found out that the CPO checklist (printed in micro, could barely read it at the dealership) the dealer gave me at the time of purchase shows the front left and right brake pad values being below the minimum threshold per BMW requirements.
What is the possibility that the brake squeaking sound is because of those worn out brakes and the dealer didn't fix the issue before selling it to me as a CPO vehicle?
What would be my options if the latter might come out to be true? I am already planning on getting back to the dealership about this issue. What should I do if that doesn't work? File a complaint with the corporate. Would appreciate it if somebody could share their experience. I paid top dollars for this used car only because of the CPO or I would have never bought a used BMW.

I just picked up this CPO 2023 BMW X3 sdrive30i with 22,500 miles on it. It comes with almost 1 year of original warranty and 1 year of CPO warranty.
I have always been a Toyota/Honda/Nissan guy until now. What repairs and/or troubles should I be expecting from this car? Would my basic and CPO warranty cover all the repairs if needed?
I like the car so much that l'm planning on buying the extended warranty and keeping this car for the next 4 years. I park out in the driveway under a tree. Do you think a full PPF would be worth it, considering the maintenance/repair and the depreciation costs associated with this model. Thank you.
