How does one exactly RETAIN combo information?

This is a common problem I have with fighters. Ill lab and study combos for hours and then forget everything once I get into an actual fight. Id consider myself to be average in terms of skill. I've been in all three betas and Im consistently teetering between Bronze 3 and Silver 1 in ranked, but after seeing SonicFox dominate, i really wanna take my skill to the next level.

Friendly reminder that these characters are MINORS!!!

I think it's so weird that every other day, I see a post asking if they think this or that student is hot. Shortly after, it gets deleted by a mod.

These characters are kids, yall.

There's an entire storyline about the gym teacher being a PDF. There's nothing you can say to make finding a kid attractive justifiable.

My dad was a huge gamer, and my gateway into nerd culture. The game that usually handled a lot out household discussions and scuffles was Tekken 3 and TTT1 . Even my mom got invested in Tekken Bowling, but between him and my siblings, I was usually the one that lost the most. As I got older and started to be able to afford my own consoles. Which means i got more time to lab and train with other people. By no means am I tournament ready, lol. But the primary reason i wanted to get better was so I could finally beat my dad. Not out of revenge or anger, but to impress him with how much better I got since I was a kid. Any time I could afford ps plus, I would call him and ask him for my rematch. .

And knowing I'll never get that chance now really hurts.

Sly Cooper was the first game I ever beat as a kid. It was also the first game series I ever got invested in. And I owe that to my dad. I'll never forget the lesson he taught me with that game.

I was stuck on "Two To Tango" in muggshots world because the dog with the cards kept killing me.

After I hit a game over, I loudly screamed "I NEVER WANNA PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN!" I didn't really mean it. I was just a kid having a tantrum, but my dad overheard me. So he took Sly Cooper and we started playing tekken.

He beat the breaks off me nonstop. 🤣

After 10 rounds of getting rocked, he looked at me.

"Do you wanna play Sly Cooper?"

I shook my head, yes.

"Then you can't get mad every time you lose. You just gotta try again."

So I ended up beating the level. Eventually, I beat the game. Sly cooper became our bonding game. I would get so excited whenever a new game dropped, both him and my mom knew that's what I wanted for my birthday. Sly cooper (and Tekken) became our bonding experience. And I an forever grateful for that.

Ill be playing through the series again in his honor.
