A local quant can keep the model name and still lose the parts that made the upstream release interesting.
For OrcaRouter’s uncensored Qwen3.8-27B FP8, I would check three things before treating an Ollama build as equivalent:

1. The MTP head is present and actually usable.
2. Vision still works; the upstream card says all 333 visual tensors were copied unchanged and reports checks on shapes, colors and OCR.
3. The chat template and thinking/tool-calling behavior survive the conversion.
   The upstream artifact also follows Qwen’s block-FP8 layout, but that is not an Ollama speed result and the 30.9 GB repository is not a 24 GB-card promise. A GGUF may make the model practical on smaller hardware while changing a different part of the stack.
   What I like about the OrcaRouter release is that it gives local converters a concrete preservation record instead of only an “uncensored” label. What I have not seen yet is one small, repeatable Ollama check that covers MTP, vision and tool calling together.
   Is there a current quant that passes all three, or are people choosing between behavior and feature completeness?

Wow, Everyone is Buying a PS5 right now. Very Frequently apart from it being out of stock, GTA 6 really intrigued the dead from the grave.

Anyways; Here I am (21M) saving up for a PS5. A lil bit about me, introduced to gaming by my cousin we used to play TNMT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) on those old 4 player console (don’t know the name), my cousin is thoda sa rich so he soon had a laptop while me had nothing. But still we used to play GTA and Tomb Raider (those are the times).

Soon; I asked my father for a gaming laptop obviously to be shut down by him. I always dreamt of a gaming laptop or console, so i worked hard for it (Pocket Money) saved for it (20K), it sure did take a lot of time.

But my father saw me saving for it and after 12th secretly bought a gaming laptop (GTX 1650). I love him he’s such a gem (I’ll retire you soon Papa). I played almost every famous title on it.

After I completed my graduation (B.Com from DU). I started my professional degree (going great but sure it will take time - CA inter exam September then 2 year Articleship with minimum pay which will not even cover my food expenses)

Anyways now i’m saving money for PS5! Really wanna play GTA 6. So far I’ve saved 7k (Pocket Money again - really reminds me of my old days). I know i’ll not be able to buy PS5 this year but next year pakka.
