They first removed to move on when asked, then I threatened to call the police. After I went out of sight with the phone to my ear, they waited a minute or two before leaving. I assume it would be good for police to have a record of it?

Incidentally, I put the number plate into mot checker and the dvla has the colour as different. 3 blokes in a car, one lying down in the back seat. My kids were cycling around the area which made me get pretty angry pretty fast when they argued it a free country.

It been weeks of no service of internet. I clicked on apply for compensation weeks ago. When I logged in after having nothing for ages, I noticed the status was “intermittent service” rather the than no service. Constantly seems to say fixed or no issue when nothing has changed. Two engineer visits with no engineer showing (and log in to no known issue). So frustrated. I’m due hundreds of £’s compensation.

At what point can I raise a formal complaint? Can I break my contract? Do they still have to pay if I leave? Do I have any other options?
