When to keep pursuing your goal? When to stop?

I've been pondering about this for quite a while. Even with validation, maybe you should stop. Even when your idea gets rejected, maybe you should keep going. They say it's a matter of mindset, millionaires are made out of years of dedication, but for the ones that had their years gone wasted, who would tell us their stories? What do you guys think?

Is resting that important? (I just started)

Hi guys 👋 So when I started working out, I thought that the more you workout the faster you grow. I been rotating PPL 6 days a week for a while now (probably out of desperation for muscle growth). But my friends been telling me resting is super important too and I should reduce my training. Some advice would help me a lot, thank you.

How are apps making money when everyone can make their own apps?

This is just out of curiosity. I've been building my fitness app for quite some time, and I realized that there are tons of app like this in the market. But when I ask the founders, they said their apps are still making profit. I wonder how that even works? I'm kinda baffled.
(Note: can someone give me a reality check? I can send you a demo video of my app)

I need serious reality check (thank you)

I made a fitness app, which is a pretty repetitive niche. The chance of the app works out is pretty low, but I want some serious validation first (either to keep pursuing or abandon it). The app will probably be a little different from your expectations. If you are interested I can dm you the demo (just a screen record of app usage). Thank you.

Why'd you guys not use workout apps? (I just started)

This question been on my mind for a while. As a beginner who use workout app to track progress, I wonder how you guys track progress without an app? There are tons of exercises right? Or you guys just don't track/track few main ones?
