Make Smallville great again! Because when Smallville fights, Smallville wins!
First, there is a guy who is running for senator. But he resigns, and his friend Jonathan Kent runs in his place. Easy as that. No party conventions, no negotiations, no political crisis, no polls, no rival politicians asking to run themselves instead of this newcomer, no hordes of journalists asking "Who the hell is Jonathan Kent?". No, it's all arranged by some gentlemen's discussion. I would ask which political party is endorsing this, but it would seem there is no political party.
Lionel Luthor donates a huge sum of money to Kent to finance his campaign, for reasons of his own. Anonymously. Nobody took proper notes of who donated the money, how much money, and what was it used for... and nobody seems to have a problem with that. Audits? What is that?
And who manages the electoral campaign? Jonathan, Martha, and Lois, all by themselves, in the free time between the farm's duties (not even Clark seems to be helping much). Even placing advertisements on the street is Lois' job. No party, no infrastructure, no polls, no fundraisings, no lawyers, no marketing, nothing. Just three people in a barn is all it takes to conduct an electoral campaign and win the elections.
Alas, Jonathan Kent died of a heart attack during the celebrations of his victory. So... another newcomer to politics, his wife Martha Kent, is appointed senator in his place.
Please remind me, in which underdeveloped banana republic is this series taking place?
In "Labyrith" Clark wakes up in a world where he is a madman, and krypton, the powers, the meteor freaks, the secret identity, etc; is all just a delusional fantasy of his. Eventually he finds the way out and wakes up... but what if we got it all wrong? What if the episode was just a moment of clarity, and then he fell into his fantasy again?
...Clark would take the gauntlet from him at super speed, Thanos would fall back, and suffer a stupid but accidental death. Crisis solved in 2 minutes at most.
And after it
* Shelby would bark at Thanos.
* Lois proposes a party
* Lana would be terrified because she saw a big, purple alien.
* The sheriff would ask people to stay away, because this is a crime scene, or something.
* Pete would ask Clark questions in full fanboy mode.
* Chloe would ask Clark difficult questions about the alien and his sudden and unexpected defeat.
* Lex would ask Clark even more difficult questions.
* Jonathan would tell Clark that he was very close of revealing his powers in public, and somehow blame the Luthors for Thanos' attack.
* Jor-El would warn Kal-El that this is just the first of several tests, and that he must obey or he would be punished.
* Lionel would pretend to be a concerned citizen, and the ending would reveal that Thanos' corpse and his gauntlet are being held in a secret LuthorCorp lab.
I have noticed that when I fight other ships I can either target the weapons, with high stats and in the front (easily available) or the engines with lower stats and in the back (can only be reached after going around). Which one is the better target?
Have you ever seen a version of Superman or Luthor in some other media or series, and thought of it as the future incarnation of Smallville's Clark or Lex?
Yes, I know that each adaptation is its own thing, but you can still imagine...
Seven of Nine: Perhaps we could reprogram some Borg nanoprobes...
Janeway: Seven, you were not in the series when this happened! And also, really? Borg nanoprobes? That's the answer you have for everything! GET! NEW! MATERIAL!

EHM: I'm sorry, Captain, but I cannot perform the surgical separation. I am a physician, and a physician must do no harm. I will not take Mister Tuvix's life against his will
Janeway: Very well, Doctor. Please step aside. I assume this is the radioisotope. Locking surgical targeting scanners onto the isotope probe. Initiating...
EHM: Actually, Captain... perhaps there is another solution
(At the Super Cafe)
Janeway: ...so we transferred the synaptic patterns of Tuvix into the holobuffer, and created a holographic body for him. Then we split the physical Tuvix back into Tuvok and Neelix, and now we have the three of them.
Batman: Hi, babe. Wanna know... my secret identity?
Janeway, Oh, shut up. In any case, it wasn't even such a big deal; we did a similar thing for Danara Pel a few days before this. He will be confined to the holodeck, of course, but he has no rank anyway, and that would be like living on permanent vacation.
Superman: Yes, you did, but... didn't her mind degrade in a week if stored that way?
Janeway: Of course not, we told her that so that she would accept going back to her body, despite the phage. Why do you think the Doctor's mind does not degrade?
Superman: And Tuvix living permanently on the holodeck... won't that be a problem for the people who want to use it?
---------------
Chaotika: HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! At long last, Captain Proton lies helpless, with his destiny in my hands! Now, finally, I shall...
Tuvix: Oh, hi, Mr. Paris. Want to sing a song?
-----------------
Janway: They will be fine.
Tuvok: That's an interesting... uniform... you are wearing, sir.
Batman: This? This is not a uniform. This is my bat suit. Because I'm Batman.
Tuvok: And why would you dress like a bat?
Batman: To strike fear in the hearts of my enemies. Duh.
Tuvok: Bats are not scary. They are tiny mammals that prey on insects. To fear bats is illogical.
Superman: And wouldn't it be a problem to abuse of the holographic tech this way? What stops you from having copies of yourselves at every ship?
Janeway: You mean, someone like the Doctor but modeled after me rather than Zimmerman? Hey, I had never thought about that...
BUT THIS IS HOW IT REALLY SHOULD HAVE ENDED
Janeway: I'm ordering you to come with me. Security to the Bridge.
Tuvix: Commander, are you going to stand by and do nothing while she commits murder? Mister Ayala? Yes, Lieutenant Paris. You. Doesn't anyone see that this is wrong?
Janeway: ...he's right. I'm so focused on bringing Tuvok and Neelix back, that I haven't given Tuvix's argument the proper weight. He is an individual, and he does deserve to live. But so do Tuvok and Neelix. The three of them have a right to live.
Chakotay: I can not see any solution to this dilemma.
Janeway: But I can. Q!! Show yourself, Q!!
Q: Oh, Kathie, you called me! You don't need to shout, you know. Hello, Paris, Hello, Chakotay, hello... ugh! What has happened here? Did you place your Vulcan and your Talaxian pet inside a blender?
Janeway: That's... one way to say it. We need them, but we need Tuvix as well.
Q: But remember, I'm not a genie in a lamp, if you want this little favor... you know what I would want in exchange.
Janeway: Very well. I'm the Captain, and I have to look after the well-being of my crew.
Q: It's a deal, then. DEUS EX MACHINA!!
(snaps his fingers)
Superman: What the heck has just happened?
Batman: It seems that we have been displaced across universe, time and space into Quark's, the cafe of the Deep Space 9 station. What's up, Morn.
Superman: Yes, I know, but why?
Batman: Because the writer of this nonsense likes Deep Space Nine too, and Q is a show-off, so...
Quark: Q. You know, I don't mind you bringing weirdos from other universes to my bar, as long as you pay. And there are new Starfleet regulations, breaking the space and time continuum to have a drink cost 500 bars of latinum.
Q: [sight] Here you have, little troll.
Odo: I'm afraid there are no such regulations. I will have to confiscate this latinum, or Q can will it out of existence again. Either is fine for me.
[Red alert. All senior officers to battle stations. Red alert. All senior officers to battle stations.]
Superman: Should we do something?
(teleporting in) Dukat: Surprise, surprise. None of you expected me to be back so soon with an army of 500,000 Jem'Hadar. But I am, and now... (Superman defeats the whole army in the blink of an eye)
Weyoun: You are as disappointing as usual, Dukat. Perhaps the Founders should seek an alliance with the Pakleds instead...
Superman: Can we go back to the Tuvix plot, please? I mean, what did Janeway do in exchange for that?
---------------------
Janeway: Q, this was enough. Take me home, now.
Q: But Kathie, I brought us to Earth in the XX century, we had a walk in the park, cinema, restaurant... I deserve a little kiss...
Janeway: You deserve nothing! You froze the people in the park and would have forgotten to unfreeze them if I hadn't told you, you took us to see "Star Wars: Attack of the Clones", you ordered grilled dogs, you didn't tip the waiter... I promised you a date, but I never promised a kiss. Home. Now.
