Albany 25-26 cycle decisions

How many of us applied to Albany during the 2025-2026 cycle and never received a decision (being waitlisted is considered a decision here, because you at least heard back)?

Adding a project/client as employer on LinkedIn?

I'm curious what everyone's thoughts are on this and/or if anyone believes it would violate Upwork's TOS (which yes, I'm currently doing a deep dive into).

I have a potential long-term client that has asked me to add them under work experience. Given that I'm a freelancer through Upwork and not technically/legally employed by them, I have concerns about listing an employment relationship on a public platform even if it's listed as freelancer/contractor.

What a let down

Just got my boy's box and it's literally an Amazon box with random stuff thrown inside. Not this month's theme that the BarkBox Subscription Management page told me was on the way. Not the BarkBox or Bag. It looks like they just grabbed a bunch of random stuff and threw into an Amazon box. So disappointing!

Scholarships and change in circumstances

I’ve deposited to a school with a decent merit scholarship, and will be going there either way, but my partner and I are disagreeing over scholarship reconsideration.

I’m nKJD, was laid off earlier this year, and thankfully found a job quickly. However, the salary is nearly half of what I was making last year so my financial situation has changed significantly from what FAFSA shows.

I was pretty sure initial merit scholarships were based on LSAT and GPA, not financial need-based. My partner disagrees and thinks I should ask for reconsideration based on change of circumstances.

Before I call the school next week, has anyone been in this position and successfully negotiated a higher scholarship?

Touro

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on with Touro? LSD shows 40ish decisions and not a lot of movement. Like many others, I applied months ago and haven’t heard a peep.
