4 month sleep regression - HELP

Hey there! We are almost 3 weeks into the sleep regression with hourly wake ups. We cosleep. I’ve tried putting her in the crib during the night but she instantly wakes and starts crying.
For anyone who had a similarly hard experience, how did you manage? I’m finding it really hard to manage with this little sleep. I need help 😵‍💫😭🤬

What sleep app/resource works?

I have a 4.5 month baby and we are deep into the sleep regression. She’s always been hard to put down at bedtime, and that has continued but now we’re also experiencing night wakings every hour. This has been going on since just before 4 months.
I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for apps or resources that work?

11 week old hardly napping - normal?

My baby girl is 11.5 weeks old. Shes starting to resist going down for naps. She used to sleep everywhere but now is fighting going down or if we do get her down, Shes up a few minutes later. I think the max nap we’re getting is 30, MAYBE 45 but that’s when I’m napping with her. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Should I continue to work so hard to put her down if it’s making us both frustrated? I need help

11 week old evening help

I have a pretty chill baby girl until the evening comes. Sometimes it’s early afternoon that it starts. She gets fussy and wants to eat all the time. Sometimes she wants to eat but is unlatching and relatching/punching and kicking etc while feeding.
I’m wondering if I should expect that have some evening routines in place to help us through the evening fussiness. It’s not quite witching hour anymore… we went through that from weeks 2-7.
So far my husband and I have been taking turns, being with her in a dark room either feeding her, bouncing her, wearing her and it helps but I don’t know if we should expect to be able to put her down.
Do we just be with her through this? Will it get better on its own? Or do we need to implement some sort of sleep training? I’m just worried we’re instilling unsustainable habits.

Baby carrier nursing association?

My 11 week old wants to nurse when I put her in the carrier. Which means I’m breastfeeding when going on every forest walk. Anyone else have this problem? Is this an association or is she actually hungry? I tried giving her a soother (which she’s not really taking anyway) and it just made her super mad and cry so I reluctantly nursed her 🤷
