Has anyone had an underpayment before? How long does it take?

Has anyone had an underpayment before? How long does it take?

There was an issue with my housing costs evidence as I moved and sent them the evidence later due to a mix-up. I got paid £900 wages this month and my UC was £0. So with £800 rent, £100 car insurance, gas electricity etc, I had to sell my xbox and laptop and I only have £60 for the whole month including driving 30 miles a day for work.

None of that info was actually necessary, just wanted to convey how screwed I am.

Anyone knows what these are? Hint: could be something for the dogs.

Don't worry about them being in a bag, my mum was did weird stuff like that.

She also did pop the odd pilly pill every now and then, but she would have invited me round if she had a whole bag.

NHS 12 month prescriptions prepayment didn't take any money this month

Hello,

My 12 month NHS prepayment started on 13th September 2025. But there was no charge this month, does anyone have a clue why this might be? It didn't bounce or anything as there is money in there.

Has anyone on here missed a direct debit before? Do you get suspended immediately or do get some time?

Maybe because of the weird start date or maybe it's normal but I just joined I think in May, and they're changing me for 2 months but I haven't got enough to cover it because reasons that don't matter.

Do you get some warning emails for a couple of days, weeks etc, or do they just cut you off as soon as the direct debit fails?

Ever wondered why you A51 because unusable slow after installing / restoring your apps?

Go to app settings, find Facebook, select battery and select restrict. It's made my phone usable again.

My phone now works like it's brand new again. Apps no longer take 10 seconds to even open after pressing the button which sometimes doesn't even do anything. I was gonna get a new phone because I thought this one was just too low-end. But it was just Facebook, well, being Facebook. Hogging system resources and collecting all your data.

Flashing blue light after power tripped

No idea what caused it, maybe something in the fish tank, but the breaker for the plugs tripped, and when I turned it back on after about 30 seconds to 1 minute, the Virgin Hub5 now flashes blue.

I've tried re-seating the cable (after unplugging).

Factory reset

Reloading config file that I happened to have saved.

The router status says Partial service US ONLY.

End of tenancy, can the landlord charge me more than the deposit for cleaning / furniture removal?

I'm moving out next week, and I've got nowhere to put the furniture (sofa / beds / wardrobes). And I haven't got time for a deep clean. The landlord says that the £550 deposit won't cover that and he will send me an invoice for the additional costs of furniture removal / a clean / gardening.

Can he do that?

Cable wall box is an antique

It doesn't have any branding on it, and the router says there's a fault. Got an engineer coming on monday to install a new one. But look at the upload speed, it's insane!

There's no real point to this post, but thought the insane upload speed is bonkers, and I have no friends to share with, so I'm posting on here ⬇️

Oh yea, I'm paying for the 1 Gig package, it's about £30 a month or something.

Also, the internet speed keeps going down to 40Mb, it's basically unusable.
