The power went out earlier today and ever since it came back on, our TV has been stuck in a loop of lighting up and turning off ever few seconds. Nothing actually appears on screen, but ever so often it makes the sound of it turning on. There is not a physical power button so there doesn't seem to be any way to reset it. I've left it unplugged for periods of time, swapped outlets, removed remote batteries, and removed all hdmi cords and nothing has made progress. Any other ideas? None of us are technical enough to be messing around with its inner workings.

On the Playstation store it doesn't actually say what this version includes so Im not sure if it has everything or not

Almost every time I click on a game thats on sale, my entire console crashes when I back out of that game's store page. This has been going on for months and im not sure why this keeps happening to me
