For people who have hard time to get away from CHAI
I know many people who told me they are basically "addicted" to AI chatting. I struggled with that, too. i loved making interesting stories where i would imagine myself - a different universe...
1. Books - book is an original before CHAI, thats the truth! But it can get you also addicted if youre a person who tries to escape reality by fake scenarios... Give yourself a book as a reward to everything - you went to do a workout? go read a book. Done your chores? now you can read a book. Or simply, give yourself a long break after reading 1 book, before getting to buy another
2. Movies - yet, you still need to treat it the same as with books. Limit it. Its like watching every book, or chai stories in a scene.
3. Animation - do you have great skills in drawing? This is your moment to use them.
4. Writing a story from your mind - it puts your creativity into a good use instead of an AI. You may say "but with ai bot it was easier, because it continued the story when i couldnt" - but thats the thing, youre going to train, youre going to expand your creativity, learn new words as you write, doing researches on how some things work. Youre helping yourself
But please.. remember, you wont help yourself any better if you are gonna be equally addicted to these, as to CHAI. Give yourself breaks, let these things be a reward or a late night treat before bed (of course, you can spend some days reading, but not replace your daily life with it).. It is not worth it to spend your every day, all day on this, while everything falls apart around you - yes, this addiction is THAT serious. It can take your appetite, social relationships, and youll be stuck in your own story while reality goes on, youre worth more than that. If you get a hard time to pull away even from those:
1. Punishment - each time you do it all day, and realise youve spent hours doing that certain activity, do an exercise. Not something too soft. Do burpees, wall sits, push ups, or simply go for a long run. It will help you in more than one way
2. Spend the time - you have just spent hours, all night, or days doing a certain activity. Calculate all that time, and now get away from everything, and make yourself use all that sum up of hours on something else - multiple different activities, or just go into nature
