Does GPU make a difference in game development

So I want to know if the GPU manufacter makes a difference. I bought a new PC with Radeon RX 9070 xt and on my Old gaming laptop I had Nvidia 3050ti. Will there be a difference between amd GPU and Nvidia (e.g. If unity handles amd gpus as well as Nvidias, or if raytracing will work on HDRP project)

Will it be safe to move my secondary disk from my laptop to my new PC?

So in a few days I will get a new PC with 1 Tb m.2 drive but Im wondering - because I have two disks in my Old Asus Rog laptop - stock one (C) with OS that Im not planning to move, and secondary one 2tb that Im going to move to the new PC. Worth noting that I moved some user files (e.g. Desktop, one drive) to the secondary drive so Im scared that when Ill remove the drive from laptop, the Desktop wont load potentially crashing the system (I dont want to move the Desktop to C drive because I want to keep my files on my secondary drive but if there is an option to move the Desktop to C but keep the files on the Q drive(my secondary disk, dont ask why Q) it would be cool.

WTH Is that bug

Been playing the weekly and I hid under the stairs, which somehow caused me to clip into the elevaztion. As you can see whenever I opened a book I started spinning around and that allowed me to clip under the map. No idea what ghost it could be but wtf is that bug
