Long story short the people we bought our house from built it themselves and apparently did not level or square anything. I had to get very creative with sanding and planing corners to make everything fit, and I’m just gonna have to live with all the little gaps.

A very a solid pair of daily jeans for the money. Got these almost 2 years ago and have been wearing them all the time, machine washing, just treating them like regular old work pants - as jeans were intended for. Crotch and knees are starting to blow out, but I will be sad to say bye bye to these if I ever do.

Needed some extra storage, and am quite pleased with how this came out. Still need to hide the 2x4 base under the toe kick with a strip of birch. Next up is some sort of box/high shelf over the fridge.
